This anime piece is stunningly beautiful! 5 spirits represent 5 elements and 5 rings of the Olympics. 5 kids represent 5 different races. The kids end up working together because while they competed with each other, the earth was suffering. But when they came together, earth thrived, overcoming the depicted climate change and how it would've influenced the future of those 5 kids if they didn't do something. Beautiful! Just beautiful!

No, the kids do not represent the "5 races" there is one human race, they simply represent 5 ethnically ambiguous characters, yes blonde girl is obv European and dark skinned boy is obv African but the other 3 kids are racially ambiguous they could be so many things, can we STOP dividing the human race into "races" it's disturbing.

it’d be cool to allow biodiversity to thrive again through one magical ball but this time we all need to unite not just as countries but as a planet to save our home. This may sound quite out of context since this is definitely about the olympics but I just hope more people understand and act out about how important our environment is. Our olympians work tirelessly to bring honor to their countries. They inspire us with their courage and strength to be there and continue on despite challenges. It shows what humans are capable of when they want something and work for it. Maybe we can still save our planet, if we act now. Our olympians are evidences of growth. Ps. the animation was beautiful!
