Growing up in China I’ve always loved Russian culture and their music. I am so fond of Tolstoy’s works. My piano teacher did his degree in Russia. I wish I can visit the country during my lifetime! These are such enjoyable music pieces.

We hate the war going on in Ukraine. We hate the current high tensions between our nations. But we still like the Russian people and love your culture. Much love from the Netherlands! Here’s a fun fact: Tetris was initially created by a dude named Alexey Pajitnov in Russia in 1984 for Russian DOS. Nintendo bought the rights to Tetris circa 1988-‘89 in order to port it to the NES and GameBoy. Tetris itself is a Russian creation. The main theme A of Tetris (which is one of most iconic video game themes of all time next to the Mario and Zelda themes) is a Russian Folk song by Nikolay Nekrasov in 1861. Another thing; if I remember correctly the original NES version of Tetris features St. Basil’s Cathedral in it, which is located in Moscow. Okay, enough Tetris facts, Russian music is really cool actually.

my dad plays dorogoi dlinnoyu on the accordion, but we never knew what it was actually called. He met a russian guy way back in the day and learned it from him, but forgot the name. This was really cool.

@@sensails да потому что на новвоведенных занятиях это заставляют слушать насильственно, а не в целях просвящения ребёнок по желанию идёт и слушает, каждый понедельник не каждому хочется стоять с 8-9 утра и слушать гимн. А так же это просто пропоганда, и попытки привить любовь к Родине и закрывать глаза на полит. проблемы.
