Imagine living in the house. Parents bringing their little girls to scream constantly. Do they not understand that people are living there?
@lesrogers73102 жыл бұрын
That could well be one of the reasons why there's been a police presence there lately. That aside, many parents allow their kids to do this in their own gardens these days.

Lot of evidence for some dangerous driving prosecutions in this one.
@hazzard87602 жыл бұрын
Absolutely.. killjoy that people may consider me, splashing people by wilfully driving at "excessive speed" or in a dangerous manner into water is a "criminal offence of assault" as well as a potential driving offence as well. Whilst the driving offence may mean more points on the licence (or a ban if you accumulate 12 points) the assault charge has much greater draconian affect on your life as it stays on your criminal record. Most job applications and overseas Visa applications request you provide details of any previous criminal convictions and not necessarily what they were for , the conviction alone is sufficient and potential employers put your job application straight on the "rejected" pile. Likewise a visa application will be rejected so you can't visit the good old USA. Is it worth it? It only needs one video of the vehicle and one person "assaulted" to complain and it proves to be a very expensive trip just to have a bit of fun

@@hazzard8760 you might have a chance of using the defense that it may not technically be public highway as the lines of little granite squares before and after the ford usually denote the start/end of public highway, often seen at the beginning of private roads etc.
@hazzard87602 жыл бұрын
You could try that defense with respect to the road traffic act aspect but from a point of "actual bodiily assault" (by splashing) it would make no difference whether it was on a highway or your own back yard and it is to that aspect of the incident that you could receive a criminal conviction which could cause far more problems for the perpetrator than penalty points on a driving licence. Many countries around the world require you to provide details of criminal convictions in order to gain entry and assault (how so ever caused and how insignificant the perpertator considers the offence was ) is high up that list of misdemeanours and bang goes your overseas trip just to have a bit of fun creating a huge bow wave with your car. How minor was Mick Jagger's offence of smoking weed back in the 1970's but it caused him problems entering the USA
