@@JPJgamer nah your lack of understanding is something else. Shigarakis quirk development was foreshadowed as early as chapter 85 and his awakening occurs in chapter 239. The fact that you can sit there and think he got a "hand out" just to keep up with the heroes is laughable. Hes the main villan of the show in case youve been reading with your eyes closed. Every win deku takes he takes one too. Their respective encounter with stain, their exponential growth after their respective masters retire their position of power, their encounter with better versions of themselves and surpassing them (lemillion/deku, shigaraki/overhaul), their moments when their quirks awakened. Deku and shigaraki share a 1 to 1 road map of becoming a hero/villan that surpasses the time of old. His growth alongside deku throughout the course of the entire series is what sells this character. If you personally dont like shigaraki, thats fine, nobody is forcing you to like him and im not here to convince you to like him either. But if you wanna say some bullshit like that, at least back up what you say with facts instead of a clear bias against mha. There is a reason many, including myself, consider shigaraki to be the best new gen antagonist. His points have been made and his actions support the claim. Wether you think otherwise, cool, but your just as delusional as the mha stans if you think shigaraki dosent have an argument for why hes a great villan.

compared to the standard past seasons and other anime have set, this episode is very poor, especially considering its arguably one of the biggest moments in mha so far, they need to stop making shitty films

@@kaxewdisco3594 most, if not all episodes as big as this one are far better and it's literally not even a debate, go watch them, theres usually not a single bad drawing and tonnes of crazy sakuga (tbf its usually carried by yutaka nakamura but the point stands), even the paranormal liberation front panel was disappointing

@Happy Thoughts I think it had better animation than All Might vs Nomu and Deku/Bakugo vs All Might (S1 and S2 finales). The actual fight might not have been as hype or anything but it was 1:1 with the manga, so don’t blame Bones for that.

Hopefully the anime won't skip them like a lot of scenes in this arc.

the other parallel is that shiggi and eri. both manifested a random mutation quirk when they were very young. both killed their family with the random quirk both coincidentally have white hair and red eyes. both were taken and raised by a major villain. difference is eri was saved shiggaraki wasn't.

I'm really looking forward for the entire next season to be the war arc, no bullshit beach episodes included. There's so many characters that shine in that arc that I can't wait to see them getting the spotlight.

Not "destined to be a criminal" lol. Predisposed to certain things. With proper upbringings without judgement all of them could have easily been fine. Shigaraki would make a great demolitions expert. Toga could drink blood consensually from her partners. The society just needs more work on accepting quirks are fundamental parts of people rather than "superpowers" like every story book character has. Telling someone who can fly that they can't without a license is like telling them they can't walk or run. Liberation is a required part of such a society, the liberation Army just got Destro's message twisted.

Yeah, just don’t expect too much because the incoming manga material is good but not peak and the anime adaptation has been dropping in quality since last years. I would say that the next arc have better peaks but overall I liked more MVA and you saw how was the adaptation.
