I need your help pleaseeee!!! I got my hair done back in January (super white blonde b ends with a root smudge and money piece). My hair started to look grown out, mainly the money piece and it was driving me crazy. So, I decided to touch up the money piece and put a few blonde highlights on the crown of my head and I used T18 toner over it and when I washed it all out, my hair was bright orange and now i have over 4-5 different levels of color in my hair. I have tried going back to a salon for a darker root smudge, toner, highlights and nothing has worked besides the tiny little highlights I just got done but everywhere else is STILL super brassy. I’ve tried olaplex purple shampoo and many other purple shampoos. I get my hair done on Tuesday. Will an actual all over color make it go away? Or will it remain brassy under a dirty blonde/lightest brown shade? Will a blue shampoo work? I can’t believe it changed my hair this much. I think I did use 20 volume developer when I did it myself and now by this video, that was a mistake. Help help help!!

Last bleach bath and tone in 7--3-22. Getting closer. I'm a 8,9 10. 😂 I have been using aphogee protein 2 treatment. Is it basically you're hair has to be counted right and then why it doesn't come in now spray bottle I don't know but I put mine in the spray bottle because it's liquid and you find that out the first time use it because it's expensive and you pour it and you're like oh s*** so you spray it all over your hair and then you get the blow dryer and you very gently do not put on high and you don't want it to be moving around I guess and I'm talking to you like you probably have never heard of that and you probably already know but anyway for me being natural strawberry blonde that ruined her hair the first time she put sun in it and then she used her first box die I've been doing my own hair now since well since it started falling out due to my lupus and the effigy just helped bring it back it's still very thin and fine which it's always been but I've always had a lot of it but it is definitely growing and this is something it's never done before and I make sure I'm cutting the split ends and you every time I do any kind of chemical treatment I usually do my protein treatment before I bleach because toys recommend that you don't shampoo or do anything after you color so that's my big question, after I bleach my roots is it a good idea just to tone right away or should I wait and should I do my cat protein to treatment before I do a chemical treatment or after I usually don't use any kind of heat on my hair I let it dry the only time I use heat is when I'm in no drawing that African in my hair and then it it's really really stiff so if you even like took the hair and broke it in half it would it would break in half that that's how it makes your hair but when you shampoo it out and moisturize it it is so soft and it stays that way for weeks and your hair just feels so so good even after the bleaching and toning but I do notice that my color is not staying as long as it used to my hair is growing a little bit faster but the first shampoo I usually will do and will be a purple shampoo just to get any remaining brassiness out of it and then I'll moisturize it and then I usually won't shampoo it for another week or so. I hope this makes sense I do love that you're doing this I think there's only one other professional hairdresser out there that is good advice and for you to be just doing what you're doing is just fantastic and I know I'm not the only one that appreciates you so very very much so I hope you get time to read this and let me know I'm doing it right my profile picture is was bleach from box I think it was Garnier. I've been using L'Oreal quick blue and of course t18 so I'm pretty much a an 11 10 or 11:00 everywhere else but my root area and yeah that can be anywhere from 8 9 10 depending on how long probably an eight right now cuz I just did a bleach bath I didn't do the whole menu bill root job on it anyway thanks for all you do

What do you do if the toner did nothing to your bleach yellow hair wella color charm t38
@leannabedore
@leannabedore Жыл бұрын
@FrostyFox what color were you going for? Popular wella toners are the liquid T18 for bright blonde (ash) a lot of people like the T10 too that is more of a pale blonde. Reasons for toners not to work is you are trying to cancel certain colors out. If your tone is yellow it will just stay the same. Or it wasn't saturated enough, or not left on long enough. Make sure you are using the 1:1 ratio. 1 ounce toner to 1 ounce 10 developer for wella toner. I would try T18 in wella. If you can buy joico blonde life toner a good one for yellow would be 10V ratio 1:1 one ounce toner to one ounce 5 Volume blonde life developer.

This is the best toner video I've ever seen! When you said "toner deposits color" the angels sang! I knew it - sort of - but didn't understand it like I do now. I've seen other color theory videos but for some reason this one STUCK in my brain in a way the others didn't. Thank you! Oh, and, my goodness you are so cute and energetic! Thanks for helping ladies be more confident in an diy affordable way.

I adore you❤ and I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again- I have learned & absorbed more color theory from you and able to understand it so much better then the thousands of dollars I’m still paying back on school !!! 🤨 I got overwhelmed and intimidated and couldn’t find my place or confidence and took a break from hair. I’m always experimenting on myself and friend’s /family & I’m blessed and constantly asked to do others hair but the thought of ruining someone who’s paying me with specific color needs gave me panic attacks cuz I didn’t understand - it’s so complex! You have helped me understand it so much better and feel more confident to try again- you make a difference in others lives-please remember that- Thank you so much❤

I am obsessed with your channel! (Ops I just realised I am writing from my son's gaming account haha but I'm a mum). I came to your channel looking for a bleach wash tut and couldn't stop watching since. I am not the subscriber type but your channel was an obvious sub immediately! (Now I just gotta remember to do it from MY YT account too lol). It'd be great if you did an episode on doing highlights/ombre/etc on yourself (whatever is possible): I got some highlights done very nicely but the hairdresser didn't want to lift too much cause I also colour my natural hair (I have grey hair and do my roots often). I like the result but need to 1) redo the toner and 2) would like to do some more, lighter highlights for depth. I am learning a LOT from you, super clear and informative, but it'd be great if I got a tut on how to give some colour depth to non-natural hair. Thanks! Keep it up, you'll become big in KZfaq, I am sure

I tried that blonde spray as well to temporarily cover my roots but it gave no color at all. I thought maybe it was going to at least keep the few gray strands from looking gray but honestly, I can't tell that it did anything at all. I was really disappointed in the results. I have used the black spray in the past after chemo and was able to basically color the scalp lightly with it so it looked like I had more hair until my own hair came back in fuller. The black did cover the gray nicely.

Hi Brittnee, first of all, thank you for your amazing helpful videos. I’ve been bleaching my own here for years, and I usually use matrix light master pre-bonded, which does pretty good. However, I did recently use blind me 9+ with 30 volume developer, which I always have used in my hair has turned yellow and I’ve used toners and different things to try to lift it and I’m just curling my hair and still not getting the color I want. It looks very doll and not a pretty white blonde. I love your blonde however, I’m not a big fan of the platinum blonde. I like the creamy white blonde. Can you tell me what I can use to make this a pretty white blonde without destroying my hair anymore. I don’t bleach my whole head I just highlight it. 11:49 I would love to send you a couple pictures, but I don’t know how to do it on this. Do you have another way I can send you a couple pictures to show you

If my hair is naturally brown with a red tint and I’m trying to go for the blonde grey look all over with a small shadow root.. what do you recommend? I keep going to the hair salons and they are charging me an insane amount and I’m leaving with orange/ yellow hair. I did die my hair a chocolate brown last year but it should be out by now after my trips to the salon.

I'm learning how to lighten my own hair, and your videos are so helpful! But I've noticed at my local Sally's, they don't even have toners that state whether they're violet, blue, etc. undertone...it's making it a lot harder to find the right toner to cancel out any brassy tones. Have you seen this? A toner I bought recently just said T38, no V or anything listed. Please help!

Hello. Where i am, we don't have toners, so annoying. We do have purple shampoo but we know it's not enough, especially if you got orange hair. So my question is, can i mix black or blue black hair dye to bleach to help cool down the orange hair? If so, the recommended quantities, thanks

Watching with yellow/orange roots and hair😢 I toned my hair and used what was recommended, which was 20 vol, but it lifted my roots. Can I retone with a 10 vol?
