Tones, when this came out I was homeless, in and out of jail, and unhealthy. Now I have a house, a good job, and a husband. This song and “Clover Cage - The Lone Dancer” are the two songs that helped with my depression. I just want everyone to know things will get better. We are in this together. I love you ❤️

I work with kids with special needs. I was in a very dark place in life for years and didn't want to go on. This is played at recess often- the first place I heard it, and it was adorable seeing all the little ones get crazy and groove to this song whenever it came on. It made me happy seeing and being surrounded by their joy and I felt like I was finally where I was meant to be. Yes this song has a deeper meaning.

Know who your friends are. Those who celebrate with you about your ascent. Many "friends" instinctually look to pull you back down to their level. You don't wanna be in a bucket full of crabs situation. Once someone in the group finally is about to make it out the rest will claw you back down. No one escapes. "The Prisoners Dilemma" is a good representation of how humans interact. Sometimes mutual destruction seems like the best choice. Popular leftist idea is that we don't need hierarchies. How we can free ourselves from them. Life is not a hierarchy but a series of hierarchies. In every social circle you have a place on the totem pole. Some people don't like being usurped. Those people will make weak friends or eventually make friends leave or submit. It is pretty easy to be the smartest, hottest, most talented person in a group. You just have to pick the right group. You know the classic thin highschool girl who has 2 or 3 fat friends which only highlights how she is the popular one? Applies to all. Ideally be part of many circles. Once you have become the smartest person in a room it is time to find another room.

Look, I'm not the target audience of pop music as I'm a 58 year old father of two grown kids, and my favorite band is Deftones. But I also watch every damn thing that SunnyV2 puts out, and I came here to watch this so I have some context. It's a decent song, and the video is pretty funny. The artist deserved a heck of a lot better than she got. Anyone who made fun of her for being fat or no talent or being a bad singer? Those people are fools, they have no soul. I hear a good song writer, a talented performer, someone who deserved the success she got. I just hope her life has improved since the bad times, and that she has peace and is in a settled state of mind.

I had to search for this song after watching the video describing the backstory. I had heard this song and always thought it was very catchy, and done by a talented artist (honestly I thought it was like CardiB or something lol). However, this genre was never one I personally listened to.. But now that I know the backstory and what the artist went through this song has new meaning to me. When I hear it in the future I will stop to listen and pay respect. You are very talented and I hope you've been able to filter out all the negativity and haters in this world, they are clearly just jealous and unwell.
