I saw The Cult supporting Guns n Roses at Milton Keynes Bowl in the 90's. It was super hot in the crowd. When they played Rain, it started raining at the chorus. You couldn't have made it up. I thought they seeded the clouds to make it rain. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

Epic! 31 years later I am still listening to their music with the same ferocity as if I had just heard it for the first time. They go down in my top 3 of best bands ever. Somebody said they were often overlooked, and agreed , and I think the critics failed to appreciate what The Cult brought to the table. Clean, honest , soulful, no bullshit Rock n Roll . And again, 31 years later after seeing more live shows and performances of all of my favorite bands, ...Love goes down as my #1 live show. It was mesmerizing.
