Found this on Amazon and happened upon your review by happy chance. I don’t need any free mic, but your review was thorough, and more “real” than people just talking into audio software. Usually, condensor mics are pointed at the 12th fret of the guitar, or at the bottom of the body, for a fuller sound. If you point it straight at the hole, the sound will become quite boomy

Definitely recommend getting a longer USB 2.0 cable. Go to Best Buy and buy a 10ft version, you won’t be upset.

you might have to just make a few tweaks in your audio software and make sure your levels are set correctly. Also, your surroundings are a factor.
