Attwood back in Rome 28 and 29, May, 2015. www.spazioasperger.it/attwood/ Does it make sense to diagnose a person with Asperger Syndrome if he or she has apparently good adaptive skills?

Every Asperger's talk describes how I think and feel. Helps to know it's not only me that's like this. I know I'm not, but i do feel like an alien when socialising. Thank you Tony for your understanding 🙂

Tony, I wish there were a lot more people like you but I thank God for you and how much you care and the help and love you spread with your work. I pray God keeps you and your loved ones safe and well.

He uses the term "social zealot" a lot. What does that mean?
@sydneybird75613 жыл бұрын
I think it means people who are overly concerned with socialization and whether or not other people are socializing with them...aka neurotypical people.

It means people who loves socialising as opposed to people on the AS who may not & I use the word may because some do.

In particular the type of person that wants to party and talk all the time and has no concept of how some people just want to be alone with their thoughts for days and weeks at a time.
