cardio won't do shit unless it was mcgreggor he was fighting. Paddy will batter tony, all night long and twice on a saturday. cardio doesn't matter when only one guy is going to be the dominant fighter, paddy. cardio could be useful if paddy gassed out and I bet he won't gas. by time that even happens, tony is knocked out cold and or TKO.

Hoping for Tony, but I don't like his tendency to turn his back needlessly, for instance he will sometimes rotate halfway on a non spinning elbow... I can see Paddy getting to hsi back and working towards a rear naked choke. I heard an interview with Tony a while back where he talked about honing his fundamentals, the dude has amazing heart (which is also why I don't think he needed Goggins, others might), unique lethal and creative techniques, but lacking fundamentals. I don't think it's helped that he shifted course and started training with Goggins, but if he does win, maybe I can get a finish or even win on cardio if Paddy's affected by the yo-yoing diet.

Had one of the best chins ever, but Gaethje put such a beating on him that he will never be the same. It's why he keeps getting finished. Paddy isn't fighting 11 fight win streak Tony. He's fighting post-peak, steadily getting slower and worse Tony who didn't even have a training camp involving sparring. I would be genuinely surprised if Paddy didn't knock Tony into the shadow realm. People need to stop pandering to Tony's delusions of a career resurgence, he's just going to get terrible CTE and behave crazier than he already is.

The thing is….if paddy takes a leg lock or arm bar, tiny will just let him break it, if he takes the neck Tony will just go to sleep. Paddy’s striking isn’t all that great although improved over the last couple of few years. Gonna be a great fight and a hell of a card.
