From what I've read Tony Jaa personally selected Crowde for this scene, and now I see why. This guy is what most of us think of when the word "capoeira" comes to mind.

Capoeira always looked silly to me, but there was a show where they measured the force of the kicks in a lab and it would really F you up.

Yep, Jones is bloody HUGE. Saw him at a WWE event from the Platinum seats close to ground floor level, maybe 50-60ft from ringside. He makes Batista look normal sized by comparison. What a BEAST!!!

Tony jaa is the man the 8 minute uncut fight scene up the spiral stairs is craaaaazy!!!!! On top of the amazing and brutal looking elbows and knees he does crazy parkour stuff all the time. The video of him kicking that basketball like 10 feet in the air arter taking only one step is insane!!!

In my opinion this is one of my performances by Tony Jaa, I think that the directors should give more space to this great Martial Artist and great Actor, I very much hope that in the not too distant future he will be able to make many films, and many collaborations of his caliber like Jackie Chan, Donnie Yen, and many others!!!

Tony Jaa and JeeJa Yanin are my favorite actors. I love Tony Jaa's Ong Bak and Tom Yum Goong films and JeeJa Yanin's Chocolate Film. And in the end they both played a role in the movie Tom Yum Goong 2. I LOVE MUAY THAI!!

True story - 2:24 on is a different person - a stuntman. Lateef had injured himself. That's why there are no more close shots on him after that time, and the end of their fight ended so abruptly and he just disappeared

Had Lateef not got injured at 2:20 I'm pretty sure the remainder of the fight will be more amazing... Still.. this is a legendary fight scene.. kinda cemented the fact Lateef os not only a great martial artist but quite a good actor too

4:55 if only tony jaa find out that this big guy weakness is somtum , aka papaya salad... then he would become his greatest ally , he even would help kham to fight and ripped off even the enemies on Tom Yum Goong 2 also in just 15 minutes.... then they both received award from the police and government, as for the big guy he only served his sentence/jail in just 2 months for amnestic

Although Tony Jaa is a good actor and athlete and perfect practitioner of Muay Thai, I don't understand why he makes so few films, I would like to know this reason, there are so many actors he could work with such as: Jackie Chan, Iko Uwais, Will Smith, Donnie Yen and Keanu Reeves, don't I understand why the directors don't call him to work?

I think I remember him being a bit of a persona nog grata for a while after Tom Yum Goong, due to being difficult to work with. But recently he was in Triple Threat, starring Iko Uwais, Jeeja Yanin, Tony Jay White and Tiger Chen. It was pretty decent.
