Poor take there to compare, older Triple H only working mania's when he was in a backstage role. That man went thru the grind, wrestled thru a torn quad, like I get what you were trying to say but it just didn't work for me. You can defend Osprey, but to try to say a legit veteren legend of the business didn't want to experience the grind, in his 40's, yeah that don't work.

If I recall correctly, it was HHH that said Will Osprey was afraid of the grind so it was HHH that fired the first shot not Will.

@johnnybravado7141 he didn't say a name, but if the shoe fits, thats fine. I think trips could of been throwing at Okada, or could of been for Mone, could be for all the free agents they lost out on. But my argument is for what Sid said in this video, not Osprey, who I think was fine with what he said in his promo.

ospray should've kept his mouth shut, 2 reasons, 1 triple h never said his name therefore it was a if the shoe fits situation so congratulations ospray and everyone who named ospray as the one triple h was taking about you all gave reason to triple h, 2 if you're going to take a "painfull" shot at someone that didn't even mention your name,at least come up with something funny and original not a "bullet" that has been fired already multiple times over the years by wrestlers with better promo skills than ospray and a bonus reason, less work for more or equal pay as wwe offered is just a no brainer, ospray made the right choice or what he thought was the right choice for himself no reason to fire back at a nameless shot if ospray didn't feel like there was some truth to it especially since his name wasn't mentioned

Exactly. There were several that turned on WWE due to different reasons and the schedule was part of it. Is channels like this that spin something with nothing to go on and sheeple just believe it. The irresponsible channels like this, the arrogance of someone like Will. Imagine being that person, who thinks everything is about them and the ignorance of channels like this that spread it. On that, unsubscribed and noped out.

Exactly.Ospreay is in AEW because Tony gave him the kind of deal he wanted and that's fine. Good for Osprey for getting a deal that worked for him. With that being said, you then can't get mad when someone takes a shot at you over it

The real shame is that the promo would’ve been pretty good if the HHH stuff wasn’t in it. It was good stuff for his match with Bryan. The shame is no one gave a shit because he brought up HHH after the young bucks.

You can't blame Punk for "casting a shadow" over AEW. If the structure of how the company works was so flawed and its leadership so weak that one guy could come in and simply be different and work differently and thus cause the entire thing to collapse then it was never gonna stand long in the first place. AEW is plagued with issues down to its core, CM Punk just brought it all to the light.

AEW I don't doubt that it has issues such as in resolving storylines by giving the wrong guy the win (Angelo vs Zak) but WWE has the exact same problem (Matt Hardy vs Edge), (Brock vs Rock for the title. There's no way in hell they should've given their top belt to a rookie. NO just NO.), (Carlito winning the US title in his debut match, same reason as Brock vs Rock), (Alberto del Rio winning the title, again same reason as Brock vs Rock).

Here's my take Every booker gets tired , gets writers block.... If u add that to the paranoia that people were going to leak stories then Punk leaving & you get the weirdness that followed all in.... And after that he refused to get out of his own way and the EVPs didn't help neither did the other higher ups.... All that was showing on tv and live events coz the matches were still good but most of storylines were iffy at best and while all these was happening WWE was getting hotter which only infuriated him more.... Basically TK needs to get his shit together coz he looks, sounds and books like he's out of his mind and most of the others there are just enjoying cashing the check .... very wcw-esque

Sometimes H needs to understand that it can't always be about what they want. It has to be about what's good for business and he needs to realize that brock Lesnar is not good for business and and so do you chump so do you.

As for Osprey, if he wants to work a lighter schedule, that's his choice, and he needs to be allowed to make those choices for his life and neither H or the fans get to decide that for him.

Problem with WWE has always been there is no guarantee they will ever let a wrestler get over no matter how good they are. You can’t blame anyone for seeking the deal that will instantly give them financial security. Everyone’s situation is different. Maybe AEW doesn’t have the best doctors for athletes but maybe they provide insurance for your family and you have someone with a chronic illness.

The week to week tv is boring with too much crap Indy wrestling. Tony spending all this money on these guys and gets lower ratings every week they debut.

With the camera ninja having caught a 2nd study of Schiavone's "Kisser of Death" for posterity? The band performs in town for the fans. The fans buy tickets to see the band. The band performs their songs to the fans. The fans sing the lyrics back to the band. Go figure. Successful Stand-ups get their audience laughing with them. The other type? Theirs laughing AT them. Which audience will feel they got their money's worth? Make of that what you will. In defence of Osprey, at least he was his own man on the night rather than a certain father in-law's.

I agree the storytelling is crap especially when it comes to resolving a romance storyline. Zak vs Angelo and Zak wins? Seriously WTF was that? But then again WWE isn't exactly known for good storylines either especially post Attitude-era. Matt Hardy vs Edge and Edge wins? Even if Matt Hardy didn't get to win the girl he should've won the feud. I get that Edge was on the rise but losing to Matt Hardy in the end would not have hurt that rise just like Austin losing to HHH at No Way Out did not hurt Austin going into his epic title match with The Rock at WM17.

AEW is not perfect but Tony Khan needs to learn how to resolve romance storylines properly. In Zak vs Angelo, Angelo should've won that. There's no excuse for that kind of bad booking especially when it matches up with how Vince McMahon would've booked it. Matt Hardy vs Edge anyone?

I wasn't thrilled that CM Punk left AEW for the company that I hate with a passion (courtesy of brock lesnar and his pre-conditioned fans). But I don't go around calling CM Punk or his promos cringe. And no matter where he goes or how many times he takes potshots at AEW, he has earned my respect so I will always be one of his fans and I wish him all the best no matter where he makes his career because that's what a real wrestling fan does. People aren’t turning on Aew because of what punk did. People are turning on aew because they’ve tried to take a super tame fight and spin it as if punk is some violent maniac, and for the management failure that lead to the fight in the first place, and a pattern of poor decisions that have lead to them using the name of someone who doesn’t even work there for ratings Also punk had already admitted to being the aggressor, no one is saying he was right to put his hands on people put most reasonable people don’t really care about a little backstage fight at a wrestling show. If this was an office job sure, but I’m not that concerned about wrestlers doing wrestler things

I personally thought it made punk look bad, I just recently started liking punk and was excited for his run in wwe then I saw this and it kinda changed my own personal opinion of him. Perry was acting like a child but do u go and put hands on people, no even in wrestling seems like something u do behind closed doors that the public shouldn't see but now that we have I don't think it was right. And perry using punk to get some heat is kinda what heels do. I think punks timing was terrible and this could've waited till after show. After things have cooled. Not the second he walks through the curtain. That says anger issues to me. Wanting to hit a punk who's acting up and actually doing it are 2 different things. I just think punk was wrong and everyone is making this an aew thing or a tk thing. And I don't think we should pat someone on the back for being overly aggressive and shit all over the guy who had to make a tough decision. He loved punk I bet it was hard for him to do it

@@martymedina7034 whether or not it makes punk look good or bad that’s up to you to decide, personally I don’t look to pro wrestlers for moral advice and I don’t think it changes most peoples opinion. No one is celebrating punk for doing it but most reasonable people aren’t going to vilify him for this either. What I do know is jack Perry was running around pretending he was a big bad pro wrestler and he found out he wasn’t. Really it all falls on khan and upper management for being unable to handle the situation before this happened

Also, if what we saw was enough to fire Punk than Eddie Kingston and Andrade should have been fired too
