JL, I am a retired owner/operator of a hot dog cart in east Tennessee Knoxville area and set up at the University of Tennessee and did all homemade chili, cheese sauces, red onion sauces etc. I had a huge following for 10 years and sold over 200 Nathan's hot dogs along with huge baked potaotes. And did this at lunch time in less than 3 hours day after day. I miss it so much and wish I could get out there and do it again, I loved the cooking and loved my people 🥲. So it brings me great joy to watch you do your videos at these hot dog trucks and stands etc. Thank you sir.

I will be traveling to my hometown E. Orange, NJ this weekend (I live in NC) for a short vacay and my first stop is to get a hotdog with mustard and sauerkraut! I buy mine from a hotdog truck at the other side of Branch Brook Park by Heller Parkway in Newark.

I tried making a dirty water dog at home once using vinegar,cumin,nutmeg something was still missing though. They say that the dogs should cook and sit in the water for 1 hour before serving. I could not wait for that amount of time. I am sure there is something else that needs to be added to the water. Oh well back to the drawing board. All I would need after having Tony's Hot Dogs is a nice cold grape C&C.

Nathans beef dog fried in olive oil, always score the dog w knife.. almost like a Ripper dog, then i mix mustard, pepperchini and onion up w cracked pepper..Nice and spicey, fried dog on a brioche hot dog roll , steam bun in microwave w wet papertowel, roll the doggs up in them...BANGINNNNNNNNNN
