Tony Stark has changed so much from the narcissistic playboy we knew in the first iron man. He became selfless, he realised he was not alone, he grew a family, complete with a wife, 2 best friends whom he cared for like brothers, a son and a young daughter. He truly became a hero, and is the foundations of the cinematic universe we’ve followed for 11 years and that captured our hearts. He became ready to pay the ultimate sacrifice for the good of others, and I can’t believe he’s gone. We love you 3000 Howard Potts. You will be remembered.

That's honestly the part I found most sad. He was always doubted and was never given the credit he deserved. In the end, he gave up his perfect family and daughter to save EVERYONE's ass, and what happens? He dies. Everyone else ( almost everyone ) got a happy ending. After he died and then it showed everyone happy and re-uniting all I could think of was that the 1 person who deserved it most didn't have it.

Well I don’t think we could have imagined a better ending for him. Yes a piece of my heart is broken inside but at the same time it was the right ending for him, for all of them. Everything has an end right? So let it be the best ending possible. I am sad, hurt, happy and most importantly in tears. The last time I felt this way the hobbits were saying farewell to Frodo and Gandalf. Thanks for making me feel that way once more. I didn’t know it was possible anymore.
