Tony "The Closer" Robinson is a prolific real estate investor and mentor to thousands of students. He's one of the most brutally honest human beings I've ever met, and seems to be on a plane of existence more free than the rest of us with his unabashed transparency and honesty. I didn't know what to expect when he came over to my LA house and we talked for an hour. I promise you one thing: it's the most entertaining real estate podcast you'll hear this year.
Tony I appreciate you coming over. Thanks for doing my new show. For those of you new here, my podcast is called 'Damn G' and I'm interviewing/talking to people I find interesting whether they're in real estate or not. My goal with the show is to illustrate to people how to take your initial success to the next level. Whether that's taking your music industry earnings and investing into real estate or taking your real estate earnings and investing into creating a community. It's not about the moves you've made, it's about what moves you'll make next.
For me, it's nothing but love for everyone mentioned in this episode. Except Cesar. lollll.

I absolutely love it how Tony's tone got energized at the very last part of the discussion when tony talked about real estate deals. He is his father's son. His father, tony sr, is a real estate GOAT and tony jr is also a beast. Well done!

Jamil, thank you for having the courage to bring Tony on, it’s obvious this wasn’t easy. His message is very abrasive but needed. It’s a shame some RE gurus only throw hints and whisper amongst themselves about these well-known scammers but won’t use their platforms to warn others.

Thanks Jamil! I’m reminded of something I’ve learned in the past. The Sheep are afraid of the Sheep dog just like they are afraid of the Wolves. Tony is like a Sheep Dog, he has similar features as the Wolves (Sharp teeth, powerful frame) but his heart is in a different place. The Sheep (Sheeple) aren’t very smart and they are easily afraid. So they distance themselves from the Sheep Dog because the Sheep Dogs features scare them. But the Sheep Dog protects them from the Wolves and is built to do so. Anytime someone takes the stance of protecting the sheep, they are also at risk of being alienated by the sheep. It’s a tough position to be in but hopefully this interview gives more people the courage to stand up for the sheep.

This was my introduction to Tony. I gotta say that I love his dedication to doing what he feels is right and correct. I appreciate him for holding his flag high pointing out those functioning with a lack of ethics. I believe coaching/teaching others is an honor, and it’s a shame there are those “coaches” taking advantage of others and doing it for personal gain only. Thanks Jamil 🔥

I had maaaaad respect for Max because of his likeable demeanor and business savvy. I knew Max first, but once I found out who Tony was I was kinda torn. I NEVER judged either due to not knowing the story, but am now truly disappointed with Max. I still wish him the best, but the Karma train doesn't miss any stops! I respect Tony for maintaining his composure and integrity in such an effed up situation. There are plenty of pieces to this puzzle that Im just now putting together. I been messin with Tony for about a year and am glad I came across him. Hes TRULY a stand up dude that has the goods! #HunnidKClubMember

I’ve always liked Tony. It was heartbreaking when he and Max split, but I sat back and watched. I’ve seen Max not address the issue and you can tell Tony really loved him. Tony was hurt by this situation, but I pride him I’m not giving up. Tony is a real stand up person, and he is authentically STANDING ON BUSINESS! People don’t like because he will call them out unapologetically. Tony keep being who you are with pure intentions. I’m glad to hear that you and your dad has mended your relationship. I’ve seen Mr. Robinson at Max first event in Texas. Your dad is one bad MF! I love to hear him say “zero is my hero.” I got pictures with him and his beautiful wife. Keep going Tony!

@@jamildamji Like most other programs you have to spend so much money on marketing, leads, skip-tracing, etc… Astros method of building relationships with agents eliminating the need to spend money on all the things I mentioned above was the biggest no brainer I’d heard of in wholesaling. I started with buying Carlton Sheets program at 16 off an informercial and was completely clueless to what I read then getting a full understanding of the process but was shook at the cost in order to do business, then discovering Jamil Damji and AstroFlipping and having my mind blown and then adding Privy as the icing on the cake.

I have to agree with Tony because there is no reason for people scamming and frauding people out of their hard-earned money. Gotta stop interrupting… listen to the guest and go with the flow…. Make it fun and not so “interviewing” - Tony will make this a great interview because hes so robust and transparent. You have to do that same thing and forgot that list of questions to ask. 👏 I just think Tony gave you a lot of information to build on and u missed it trying to be a status quo……. But hey, maybe next time.❤

Sigh...so disappointed in Jamil for having this guy on. He is beyond problematic. When someome is always the victim no matter the situation, they're the problem. He is no different than the ppl he "exposes". He just disguises it as being a champion for the ppl and the gullible fall for it. There's a reason Pace has him blocked.
