Some of my exes have tried to come back to me, I tell them that I'm not the woman I use to be. But in my experience, its best to move forward even if it means being alone. Don't look back, don't think back, so you know you won't go back.

Distance is essential for healing. I finally realized I never loss anything I gain so much more from my ex leaving. Even though I sent him packing in the first place. God’s glory will come from it.

Distance has made all the difference for me when break up necessary!! Moving is good also! As long as I don't see the individual my healing is faster! Though I've dealt with seeing one living in close proximity because of circumstances!! And, in this situation I reminded myself of why we couldn't continue being in a relationship and that helped me!!🧸🙂. I was fine with ignoring him and his girlfriend. I taught myself to let a person go if they want to leave. Endured the pain!!

My ex boyfriend acted like it was out of the norm or somehow unusual to cut contact with exes. I talked to him and saw him for almost 2.5 years after he broke up with me before finally cutting him off. Some men just want a harem of women to shuffle.

If you gonna date in shared areas such as neighbourhood, gym, church, school/college or work place - then DONT sleep with them until the relationship succeeds to marriage level. It’s easy dealing with a break up when no physical intimacy was shared. Otherwise, you gonna have to keep moving to a new town each time a relationship doesn’t work out. Damn that’s a lot of admin. I couldn’t!

I’m currently going through a new breakup and these tips are golden! I had one of thy worst ex’s but I was able to find some positives from the journey, understand the lessons, and move forward in my life! Someone mentioned therapy and if that’s something you have access to, PERFECT but if you don’t find you someone who you can listen to and a self love book with exercises in it and move forward daily! I encourage you to find the blessings in the lessons and push forward!

Thank you so much for this video, Tony! I recently learned that I am the type of person who has to cry things out when I'm hurt. I used to try to hold things in and suppress my emotions, but all that did was make it worse. Allowing yourself to feel the pain is a major key for healing.

Once you don't get distance you're still building and the person will wait for a moment's weakness to strike. Definitely not the bestie, most times when they cry on bestie shoulder, some goes down. Thanks for the video. Most of it is in different videos. I like how all is in one. If we don't do the work, read your books, watch the videos and apply it to our lives, we won't heal. Atleast it will take way longer. For me I'm 90% healed because I'm doing the work a year now. Be blessed

I’m a clinician, Yes we do use life experience components however our job is to asses, diagnose, and formulate a treatment plan to stabilize symptoms to increase a client’s functioning. So it’s more clinical that’s why we are required so much schooling. Tony is led by the holly ghost and God has given him the wisdom and knowledge to help others through his experience. @@alyssakalette the course is called SOUL TIES. For you to heal and to move on, you need to stop thinking about your ex or exes. You need to sever the soul ties that constantly brings you back to your past. Buy yourself a book to take notes and please, be honest with yourself if you want this course to benefit you. You won't be able to finish it very quickly, because the level of honesty required may plunge you into deep pain, but as Tony said, you need to go through the pain to heal. Believe me, it works. Lots of love ❤.

Great advice on ways to heal! I agree relationship can still be maintained if the proper boundaries are set with people, at work and at church. Life is about choices and all choices that are made do not have to be made around a relationship that has ended. Making a move out of town, or changing jobs and churches not necessary if you know yourself, what you want and where your going. Seeing the EX in public is just another day in one's life! Moved on... 👍🏽❤

Tony can you write a book about the tricks grown boys play and how a woman should not settle for less directed towards young girls? As a single parent, it’s easy for me to tell my daughter what she should look for in a man and how she should be treated. I want to make sure she understands it all. I’d love for her to hear it from your point of view when the time comes. I don’t know if you have ever thought of doing it but I love to give her the gift of wisdom and knowledge instead of materialistic things. Thanks as always Tony♥️

I know this can be very tough and videos like this is needed. Lord knows its so hard to find good solid information when it comes to relationships. But everything happens for a very good reason. Everything Tony stated about cutting off your Ex is exactly what I did! I cut him, and his family off! I also blocked him! This is a question I don’t feel like I’ve ever heard anyone talk about if you watch the newest season of Ready To Love, the date between Naim and Camille, he said he needs a woman who’s more grounded because to him she seemed all over the place, to me as a woman I am someone who can relate to how she came off on the date like I am very expressive with my face and I joke ALOT, if possible can you expand upon that Interaction or even what he said. Well I had to cut off a casual relationship that wasn’t going anywhere. I gave him too much leave way. He wasn’t ready for a relationship (most likely didn’t want me) and I just had to bounce. It was hard because he was a provider, I wanted more but he couldn’t. I also believe I was the other women but he just wouldn’t come clean even though he was going through a nasty divorce.

The person I was last with wasn't technically my ex, it was a situationship and we lived together for about 3 years & he moved out and we are currently trying to distance ourselves and I find it hard to maintain the distance due to being very close with his mother and she is currently fighting cancer. I don’t necessarily have the answer for you, but I pray you find a way to be a support to HER. She needs all the positive energy she can get right now. I do know this, you CAN let people know that you are NOT available for them. Say it like you mean it if you happen to have the opportunity.
