I'm 65 years old and have spent thousands of hours in the woods of Pennsylvania. I have heard things crashing through the forests several times, however upon investigation they were always bears .

Yeah these young ass city folk should stay out the woods . Their imagination runs wild with every squirrel rustling in the leaves, every bob cat cry and screech owl scream . Lotta different noises out in the woods than in the cul de sac

I lived 2 miles out from Coudersport potter county. One late rainy summer night my daughter and I were standing on the porch. And we heard a really weird howl growling sound . We ran in the house to the bedroom window. And we heard weird loud chatter sounds and a big branch break in the woods.

Interesting story, Cliff. I had something like this happen in Pine Creek Canyon, back when there were rail road tracks that ran along the bottom. We’d parked off Rt 6 and hiked in along the tracks and lost the light on the way back. We figured we’d just walk along between the rails and use what light there was to walk along. There was a loud noise above us in the woods, then something really huge came dashing down onto the tracks right in front of us. It was breathing heavily and so were we believe me and I can’t remember ever being so terrified. It then trumpeted a loud cry and dashed into the river to our left. All we could think of was it was an elk or a really large buck. We couldn’t get back to the car fast enough. It was a once in a lifetime encounter, and for that I’m grateful.

What would I do if a big foot ran towards me in the woods? Never mind asking the question, does the bear poop in the woods? It's more of the question: Do I poop in the woods? After an encounter with a big foot, YES.

I personally believe in the possibility of Big Foot being an actual life form. However, I have never seen one or heard one or run across any of the large footprints others have found and made plaster molds of. So I cannot say with 100% certainty that they do exist. Overall, the study of big foot is still in it's infancy, which tells me that we are just getting a start on our journey of studying Big Foot.

Glad you did another bigfoot story. I find it interesting that all the times this creature has appeared to hunters, especially when it's aggressive, the hunter takes no shot. I know the excuse is usually, the gun wouldn't make an impact on the massive body. But why not shoot for the eyes or the face. David hurled a stone at Goliath's forehead, not his breastplate. Running silently caught my attention right away too. Many reports I've heard talk about these creatures running on all fours. That seems to be a trendy new twist to the story. I don't think it is a supernatural entity, but I don't see why a demonic being couldn't fill someone's mind with that imagery. i don't believe this one, but keep the stories coming, Great setting for the video, and as usual, good job.

While novices and sceptics still question their existence or mock those people who have had encounters, we "knowers" can't be bothered with any of that! The same Clan of Sasquatch have been coming through this area during the warm months for generations of both our family and theirs. I've come to think of them as my big hairy neighbors! Im sure there are some nasty ones but these here seem quite enlightened and good natured.

Love these yarns/stories for their "wonder what that was" interest. I like to think people really see something they have no idea what they are looking at. So I'll guess he saw a big black bear. The fact that it made no noise, ran all that way only to stop 50 feet away, assume that my weapon is useless, it made no noise, then refuse to return to show my proof take some photos too??? Sorry, no sale on this one. A bear would have made noise in that crunching snow/ice so would anything heavy enough to go through the ice crust. Drove my 18 wheeler (retired in 2014) out of Reading through Port Clinton on 61 to and from my short cut to 81. That's 61 895 to 443 to 309 to 81 to other points north. Then back the same way. That's a lot of woods. Drove those roads a lot of miles for a lot of years at all hours of the day/night/early morning. Never saw anything I could not identify. I've said B 4 those creatures do not exist and never have. Great scary stories though, keep them coming Cliff.😀🙃😵😵

How bout the "tic tac" objects or UFO type craft that were captured on camera and radar by some of our military pilots? Are they real? For many years, our government s' stance has been either outright denial or complete silence on the matter. Yet in conclusion of a fairly recent meeting held by congress,in Washington D.C.,our government has officially and publicly acknowledged that, yes they definitely and undeniably DO EXIST. Who's to say the existence of sasquatch is any different?

Yeah, interesting subject, for sure. Seems completely absurd at first, but gets really intriguing and even more bizarre once delved into. I guess it's entirely possible that thousands of people may be lying or confused, but when a lifelong, British Columbian hunting guide that spends 300 days per year in the bush also says he's had 3 encounters over 40 years, it really gets me thinking... Anyway, great channel! I'm in PA too. I really enjoy your easy going, laid back style, and I learn something new with every video.

I can't see how a creature of any good mass could quickly run through the woods without making any noise. I understand if it's stalking with a quick ambush. But to run a couple hundred yards to confront in silence is suspect. I do think Sasquach is out in Pennsylvania. Thanks for your video.

My only problem with the story is if it really was 1ft deep with a inch of ice not many people would be able to get to the top of the mountain as was said in story 15 minutes to get 75 yards, that I believe but at that rate it would take 6 hours to get to the top. I remember after blizzard of 96 we tried to hike to the pinnacle. We didn’t make it 100 yards before we gave up and I was in great shape at the time

Sounds like a typical and plausible story to me. We don't necessary go out looking for these things, and very common to have them find you. Doesn't surprise me at all, as in my two encounters...both showed a display of capability that would not have been capable of a human. (And that they scared the crap of the person. - you don't want to stick around and most times the natural response is flight...to run away.) I don't know exactly what they are, but I suspect they may be a left over hybrid humanoid species similar to something like a Neanderthal that has survived to modern times. They're so few and so intelligent...they can be very hard to find. Most incidents are by accident...and I think they survive by actively avoiding us.

Bears and humans are always the easy things to blame on these sightings but in this case neither one fits. A black bear would not be energetic enough during a snowy February to run up a hill. And a human would have shown fear with a shotgun pointed at them. Unfortunately with only one witness we will never know.

Those Bigfoot shows make me laugh. If the thing existed and was a giant creature like they say it would not have a high pitch call, and it would not make a tiny little brush pile a dwelling. Also, we have so much state of the art equipment like the new Apple phones that can zoom in insanely well and still have a clear image, and infrared on aircraft, we could pinpoint the thing easily. But no aircraft with infrared has found anything yet.
