Excessive levels of testosterone possibly caused some mental health issues for me. We lowered the dose to see if it helps and to see if my hormone levels balanced a bit more.

Thank you so much for making this video! I also feel depressed these last couple of months. I do have allot going on but my T levels and E levels where on the high side. So my endo added estrogen blockers, curious how this will effect my mood :) awerness around this is so important, thanks for sharing man!

Hey Daan, thanks for sharing. You are not alone… going to 8 months here and fighting to find the right level.. Last couple months my T was super high, never felt so weird and depressed in my life. Now I went back to 2 pumps as well. Hope you feel better bro. This video really touched me.

I have depression anyway so Im not sure if I would feel any different. But I feel the same. I know this is a year ago but I just found your channel and am looking through your videos AND subscribed.

I really appreciate you making these videos. Thank you for making them! I'm only 10 weeks on Androgel (50mg daily) and just had my blood test on Monday. I'm still waiting for the results. I feel "ok": Not energized. No libido. It's kinda "blah" feeling. Like just existing.

Yeah, I’ve seen a lot of people who feel much more energetic. And yes I do have those moments, but for me it’s been more like “yeah it feels ok”. Not complaining though, I mean, I’m very happy with the results so far. Guess it takes some time to find the right doses for me.

the testosterone is converting into estrogen when the levels are too high

I lowered my dose from 100 mgs a week to 40 bc my T levels were getting way too high and they're still too high but still getting gains. Depression sometimes goes hand in hand with being transgendered even though you pass really well. Do something that brings your spirits up like watch a good movie or whatever makes you happy.

Thanks for you’re video’s Daan . How high was you’re testosteron level when you felt not so good ? I am 3 months on 2 pomps a day and my level is at 22 but some days I feel very good and other days very bad.

I think it was somewhere around 30, which was a bit to high for me.

Good question, I'm not quite sure. The graph on the app where I can see my results says between 11,4 and 34,3 nmol/L. If you want to know for sure you might want to ask your doctor.

I didn't really noticed it a lot in the beginning. After 3 months I think I saw some changes on my legs. Arms definitely later, after about 6 months. And now after a year also upper arms and shoulders.
