The interviewer told that you are too young to become a civil servant, in response to that Srushti Jayant Deshmukh says that the minimum age limit to sit for UPSC exam is 21 years, which is self explanatory.

You should know experience matters more That's what he is saying. That's just a exam which can be cleared with hard work or say a lots of hard work. Same goes with life. There comes so many questions in life which we can't clear with hardwork unless we have experience

How come can he expect any kind of experience at an entry level. What I mean to say is skill is what should matter, which is independent of any age. Shouldnt be judgemental about age. And I am sure even after getting experience of few years she will still face the same question by the similar people who judge on how young one looks.

Well an uneducated politician knows better tactics of life and survival in his field than a qualified student . Just a give a thought about it . Almost every politician has done crimes and are still out there and doing business don't think that they're illiterate that means they're stupid or without any wisdom . They have more knowledge about how world works than any other ias ips officer

Me too. I don't even want to try these kind of interview. Like it is not so easy for a person to remember everything and if you don't get one right they straight up judge you and most interviewer aren't as nice as these people

Q. Define civil service interview Ans: speak something stereotype, with an energy level lower than testosterone but higher than estrogen. Don't speak like an activist neither speak like a layman. never dare to speak your mind. you just need to speak a predefined set of thoughts.

All the ones making fun of this person must know that he is a Retired Indian Railways Accounts Services Officer who has also got into it through UPSC Civil Services Examination so he has a full right to ask such type of questions as it tests your personality and your presence of mind, which is quite there in our young IAS Ms. Deshmukh's brain but the ones mocking at this old dude must know his yrs of experience that he is carrying with himself while he is taking the interview.

I rather choose a corrupt person who also has a definite proof that he is a hardworker than a corrupt person who just pleased people and sits in Parliament or Assembly. Most Ias/ips maybe corrupt but the ias and ips also has the most truthful and hardworking people as compared to politicians and celebrities influencer. (In rario-percentage wise as well as absolute number)

IAS officer means not to gain more salary it is best to serve the people only one ias officer can look at the people problems of that particular district so be honest and support the people who are in the post of ias officer 😊 if ias work very honest that district development very good 👍
