Layoffs are going on in IT sector from last couple of years. I was laid off 3 times in last 2 years quoting some absurd reasons. But still I got a job and getting 30LPA right now. Now I have stopped putting more than 100% at work because we know that they can lay us off whenever they want without any reason. So jab tk job sahi hai tb tk chill kro baad me we have skills so agr job na rhi to koi business kr lenge.

I approached an IT company for the post of SAP MM consultant on 24 June 2024 ,their HR said me that you can come for the interview and if selected ,you need to sign a bond of 2 lakhs and they were demanding post dated cheque . This was crazy , I refused the offer. They hunt a needy fresher and exploite like this

And after 9-14 months most of them are very demotivated by their managers or ceo. Because of that these employees became a member of rat race they mostly get so mentally down they think if I'm doing this bad in this company then what will I do if I switch my job or they just take their job in that company for granted like "abhi toh salary aarahi hai Yaar Kya pata koi startup wagera join karlia for 50-60k a month phir paise delay se ajaye isiliye isi salary pe rehke promote ho hoke 80-90k pe retire hojaunga" even in my place, Kerala people are very dying to go to technopark and Infosys to get a 30k job

*Im working in an MNC and trust me whatever you said is 1000% truth.* *I remember once my manager called me chutiya because i couldn't work in week off then i scolded him for 40 mins , without using any bad words , even i said terminate me idc.* *The main problem is they increase workload and focus on quantity of work not quality and you have to give 110% + in onder to get A+ and full incentive.* Finally i resigned fuck who cares.

Bhai dikkat ye hai ki option nahi koi bhi jab tum bade hoge paise kamane ke liye kaam tho karna hoga par usmein mein bhi bhaut si dikkat hain, aur agar government job karna hai tho high competition ko beat karo , in the end aapko kaam karna hai tho majburi mein karna padega.

Grt Video. But not in corporate offices, small organizations are also horrible. I personally experience this, i had to work 9 to 6 working hours from mon to Sat with 20 k salary In India and when i left my job they even gave my experience letter and they gave me reason that i was not handover my work to other colleagues but the reality is i handover my whole work with three colleagues. Now i am in canada and i need my experience letter very urgently to start my work.

Bhagya hain woh log jo apna khud ke business shuru karke successfully chala sakta hain. They get the best of both private/corporate and govt job. Private job ka growth aur govt job ka aaram aur izzat. Unfortunately business shuru karna extremely hard hain, khaskar iss desh main. Lekin joh log karte hain woh un logo ka bada lottery lag jata hain. Mere ek jijaji hain jisne apne school clerk ki naukri koh chorkar apna business shuru kiya aur woh hamare family mein sabse amir banda hain. Unka chota ladka bohut lucky hain. Unka pura future set ho gaya hain.

Sabhi points sahi hai, but last wala resignation me thoda Correction hai, employees don't want to leave the company due to company policy of notice period of 3 months as new employer wants employees to join immediately but existing employee won't leave you until you serve notice period and employees can't leave the job and find another as they don't know if they will get hired immediately after leaving and they might have the impact of defaulting EMI or financial responsibility

I am a wedding planner by profession, though it is not a corporate sector, but the salary is so less in these so called big wedding/ event companies....plus they don't hire mor than 1-2 employees.....and they want you to be perfect in every aspects whether it is sales, designing, vendor management.....no fixed working hours.... no fixed holiday......and if you take 1 sick leave they will deduct it from your salary.... so all in all....the working sector culture in India is pathetic
