I have seen some very fine sand floating on the water. Maybe you should use some liquid soap to break the surface tension of the water. Try to extend the funnel a little deeper. With the vibrator attached it will not clog. Get a bucket with bigger diameter to give the gold more time to find his way down. Some years ago I have built something similar. On the vibrator you have to find the right frequency. On certain frequencies the black sand will just compact. Too bad that you are so far away. We would be a great team. You the Chemist and me the Mechanic.

Maybe it will help if you empty the bucket a few times during the run. I know there will be more panning to do if you do it that way but I think it may be too small and you're losing gold because it fills up with heavier sand

Hi! I've been experimenting with vibration and that might help this device, the way you started experimenting a little while ago. Maybe attach a vibration unit to the outside of the bottom bucket?

why not using a longer miller table or a blue bowl? or maybe a spiral bowl for this small stuff is this efficient?

You know what I just tried the dirt about a week ago I hope you get gold I did it turns purple my friend I used aluminum and it was purple I mean deep purple and I used zinc and it turned purple the zinc too but then the zinc started taking out copper too so aluminum is better for the sand I just put a hand full of dirt in a jar with hydrochloric and bleach a lil peroxide no nitric at all it worked I got gold no potassium no nitric I did not pan just like that filtered the liquid and used aluminum and boom gold so why you pan if you use chemical don't understand you loose very fine gold that way just stick it ina jar and do it you will get lots of gold no nitric no other metals

I think this tool does not make any sense. Vortex? Yes there is vortex, but it does not do anything, its just there. All the material you put in there falls down, desnt matter if there is vortex or not. And when the bucket is full, everything else goes away through holes.
