Today we took a quick walk through the Home Depot sheds, and focused on the two story Summer Wind Shed. Its 16x16 and is kinda cool.

its a nice shed. too expensive for what you get though. in raw materials there is less than $3000. two men could build it in a day or two. The current cost at my home depot is $13k. Which is way too much. for the price they are asking you can start looking into steel buildings.

Good deal, rather buy it than build it. For those saying 2 guys can build it in a couple of days? Easier said than done!

Not really. Anyone with basic woodworking skills could build one of these in just a few days. Especially with some buddies and a couple cases of beer. People do it all the time. It’s a very simple frame and requires $3K-$4K in material.

@@Jay_Force_Onesome of us don’t know anyone with woodworking skills who aren’t already professionals who will charge a lot for labor, so it is easier said than done….

I copied/ built the tuff shed T-800 2 story Barn 16x30 using 2x6 walls with 14 2x2 house windows ( not shed windows ) , 30 year texured shingles, double French doors ( glass with grills ) 4 ft off ground ( cbs blocks ) 2 ft shelving , 2 high down both sides of barn bottom and top floors, 2 coats of paint ( yep RED ), all material from HD except windows from Lowe’s, using military thank you for your service discount and a caca ( shit ) load of MARGARITAS for ......................$11,212 and ............no building experience!! .........and if there’s any TYPOS ............ blame it on the MARGARITAS !!!! GO AIR FORCE.......... POP SMOKE........HARD COPY..........OUT !

SOLD!! Here is Hawaii, a one bedrm apt (on the low side) sells for about $340k plus maintenance/hoa fees. I would throw another $20k into that thing to gussy it up a bit and rent it out for between $600-$800/month and it would fly out the doors bro. 🤑🤑🤑

Renny, hehe cuz. Yer still young and handsome, when I was your age and single I made a couple of them o.n.o.'s (one n only's) to pool up some racks so I could visit the other o.n.o.'s 😂. But whatever you do, don't sell ya boat!! You'll save yerself from wicked head slaps bro.

If u spend -10,000 to 15000 installing thsi in your backyard it will increase the value of your property by 50k its called instant equity ! Is it is a worth it YES! U can go bigger many states now allow ADU be built in the backyard as rentals - rent it out 500+ a month it will pay for itself and more continuous cash flow that pays u
