It's cool to see someone else who shares the same type of mentality about the tools. Keep up the good work bro

A Brother from another Mother. 👍🏻 First time on your channel and just hit a like and subscribe before I commented. We’re kindred spirits regarding our care and maintenance practices of our tools, boxes, and equipment. I have a Stainless top 72 inch master series Snap on box with mostly Snap on and other professional quality tools that I’ve worked very hard to afford to buy them, so therefore, I take great care and taking care of them. I have many of the same cleaning practices, as you do with may be the addition of using Tub O’ Towels cleaning wipes, and I put Marvel mystery oil in a squirt bottle and use it much like you do with WD-40. Looking forward to seeing your future content

I’m a field service tech, my tools see stuff shop techs tools will rarely/never see. But that’s no excuse of how they look. They all look like they day I bought them. I’m cheap, I want my tools to last as long as they can. I have silica packs in all my tool box drawers, and when I’m done using my tools. I spray a rag with penetrating oil and wipe everything down and leave them with a thin coat of oil on them because of the crazy temp changes and I haven’t had that many rust in the last 14 years of being on the road. Take care of your tools and they’ll take care of you. Mentally, physically and financially.

No. I'm a DYI'er. Just work on My Own Cars, and My Friends are welcome to come work on Theirs ANYTIME. Just got tired of needing something done, and My Mechanic not answering the Phone. I used to run a Motorcycle Shop, and I Drag Raced, and We used to Set up Streetbikes for Drag Racing, but retired from that.
