And the more I tell people that the WD stands for water displacement and that it’s not a lubricant, they still look at me like I’m dumb. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Spray it in your locks like some locksmiths do. You'll find out why they do it. After a whileyour lock gets harder & harder to unlock. Teflon spray or graphite are good for lubricating locks.

You’re right. I started in carpentry and failed trade school, at the time I was going through a rough break up, my dad was dying and I wasn’t in the right headspace, but regardless I felt like a failure. I retrained in another industry but forever felt I wasn’t the good enough. It wasn’t until I was in my 30’s that I realised that I was selling myself short. Today I’m fully qualified and experienced craftsman; I continue in my other career in aviation and I own a carpentry business too. Life kicks you in the balls, it knocks you down and makes you question yourself, but if you’re willing to keep getting back up, you can do anything you want to put your mind to. It’s okay to fail, but it’s also okay to reassert yourself and try again. The only person who loses when we quit is us.

Yeah.. don't put it on your door hinges... It attracts dirt and dust, it will turn them black. Graphite or white lithium grease works better.

I learned of you spray that stuff on your crack before you need to go everything slides right out. There's also no need to wipe because nothing sticks... Seriously, if true that's definitely a good life lesson. 👍
