The music in these bumpers goes way harder than it should. Awesome recreation, I hope more stuff from this era and spring - summer 1998 Moltar gets found someday!

Good times, man. Good Times :) One more thing in Moltar Era of Toonami is the DBZ first promo and opening that was added to Toonami lineup before the lost Sailor Moon episodes were featured around that time.

Man what a great set of bumpers. I remember watching DBZ on syndication every Saturday morning. When it got moved to Toonami I was super pumped. What a time to be a live. Grateful that I was able to watch Toonami growing up.

Do you have the character promos for DBZ? I remember they had one for Goku, Gohan, Krillin, Piccolo and Vegeta. Some of them started like this: "Goku...the world's strongest. Defender of humanity. When the earth is in jeopardy he is their greatest defender"

We were waiting on higher quality captures for those to show up but I do have a good quality capture for the Gohan Promo. I'll work on that and I'll make do with the TDA files for the others. Gonna get started on those right now 👍

Yeah I remade all of those parts in After Effects except for the 20XL one which I just upscaled from the VHS capture.
