Dragon Ball Z became a hit here in America in the 90s and 2000s and I like the rock music from the ocean dub and Funimation dub,and the awesome techno music for the toonami promos.

I remember these commercials. My brothers and I already had VHS copies of the season minus the Garlic Jr. Saga and Cell. So we weren't entirely prepared for what was coming.

And speaking of DBZ Kai, It along with Sailor Moon (albeit the Viz Media/Bang Zoom Dub), And Naruto will be airing on Friday afternoons starting on the 31st on Toonami.

Oh for anyone who's wanting older dubs one, it would still be the screwed up dub of DBZ and not the ocean dub and 1999-2002 season 3-6 And according to legend, Sailor Moon original dub has been junked.

Yes I did. Kai has higher resolution than the Dragon Box and better colors to work with which makes it easier to use.

@@charleschase7945I don’t agree I don’t think they should completely stop using Kai footage as dbz Kai is the closest we have to a dbz remaster matching the animation cel/intended colors although I do think that for the redrawn frames they should use ither level set or dragon box footage depending on what footage from what arcs are there as the level sets are incomplete
