Dan’s test was always weird to me. All the other brawlers had to overcome something about themselves, but Dan didn’t.

The message seemed clear(ish) to me. Dan was afraid of taking the risks needed for Drago to become an “Ultimate Bakugan”, which involved accepting that he would have to overcome his friends. We saw how scared he was hurting Julie and how some of their feelings changed when they found out of Dan’s test and the possibility of their Bakugan becoming the very best.

Julie was constantly told she couldn't beat Daisy which helped her realise she shouldn't compare herself Marucho got hints of recognising and accepting the way he was Shun realised from Skyress that he shouldn't always have to do things alone And Runo got hints of her stubbornness from both Lars Lion and Tigrerra

@@eljordinio7647 Apollonir also mocks Dan for saying he doesn't need any 'life lessons' which implies Dan needs to grow as a person, but then just makes his test that he has to be strong enough to beat all his friends on top of the clown brawler alongside Apollonir. Shit is fuckin' lame especially with how heavy Shun's test was. I felt they did him dirty there because it's only natural for him to be off his game when realizing you have to face off against your dead parent who was cruelly taken from you.

One thing this battle makes very ambiguous is the nature of Fusion Ability Cards. In the Dan vs. Masquerade brawl in the final battle, Masquerade used Destruction Impact as his fourth ability, and his second Ability during that same battle. This would suggest that Fusion Ability cards don’t count towards and Ability limits to make up for the fact that they need to be played after a certain card. Here, Dan seems to play D-Strike Extreme in the same way, playing it during the same battle he activated D-Strike Attack for the second time. However, DSA seems to be like Boosted Dragon, in that it applies for the rest of the brawl after it’s activated, meaning it probably _wasn’t_ activated twice in this instance. tl;dr: How do Fusion Abilities work?

Okay so Julie was against her sis, Marucho against his old self, Shun against her young and late mother, Runo against young Dan and Dan against all his friends. So this shows that Dan is the most main character because he gets battle all of his friends. I thought he was gonna battle Runo like she did against young Dan.

preyas, yeah I liked his as well. It wasn't the best obviously, that would probably go to Drago's first but I liked Preyas's because it had a mix of both comedy and a heartfelt moment. Plus it was the most unique of all the brawlers, which I feel is his specialty.

Idk. Apollonir didn't even bother to tell him or even hint at what his lesson was He just said Dan had one more test to pass after doing as he was required. And I still don't get the point behind beating the other brawlers. I know it was satisfying to see Drago best all his teammates and get a reward out of it but still
