You guys will be getting my money later today. Time and space is the only place I go to for my toontrack stuff. Past couple o months been a bit of a nightmare cash wise but found a buyer for one of my cheaper guitars so once I have that cash in my hand its heading over to you guys. Love Toontrack and really love you guys at Time and Space 🙂...great review!

I have played lead guitar for years but my bass lines stink because I just don't think like a bass player. This will finally let me have bass parts in my studio that I actually like, can't wait to get it

I'll have to watch this again and learn a few things...listening while doing work, and I must say everything sounds killer. I like the music 🎵 to begin with, and the bass sounds perfectly cool.

Seems very cool! I think I wanna play bass patterns with a real bass, but that software is just amazing to build basses because I'm not the best to do versatile bass patterns. Gonna take it. :)

I tried to buy it through your site but sold out !!! How do you sell out of a downloaded software product ? I can only think you have a certain allowance of licence keys to distribute.

Hi Garry, the button said 'Sold Out' just prior to making EZbass live/available for sale at which point it changed over to 'Add To Cart' - we have as many licenses as our customers need - no maximum!

Are you leaving the bass line, after editing, in the EZbass program or did you import the midi file into your DAW (so you have all the track visible while mixing)?

In this particular video we only worked inside of EZBass and didn't drag any MIDI into my DAW because we wanted to show that it's possible to do that. But you can also very easily import the MIDI files into your DAW and use them that way instead!

@@Timespace ah therein lies one of the 5 problems I've found with EZbass. If you have inflections, slaps, slides, ghost notes, etc. and you drag that midi file into a DAW (I checked with Logic Pro and Digital Performer) the inflections don't translate. The DAW can't identify the inflection and then creates its own note or what it thinks it's supposed to be. You have to leave it in the EZbass program. Which will add other issues. Just so you know.

@@sizzlemann In what way is that a problem ? EXBass is effectively giving you full control over a realistic Bass performance that MIDI in your DAW cannot give you. Simply render to audio after editing the track in EZBass.

@brofoxx then all DAW's have that shortcoming? I've tried it on 3 so I think it's an EZbass shortcoming on not being able to work within the DAW's themselves.

@@garrystubbs4891 I change and move parts around in my DAW all the time. And with lots of tracks it's easier to view in one window than trying to match it up with another program. I would have to go back and forth between the programs to do that. That is a waste of time. That's why I want manipulate it in the DAW, not the EZbass program. If it was a one shot bass line throughout, then fine. It would be an easy render.

@@Timespace SWEET! I was hoping it could do Drop a. it's pretty annoying that Ample Sound only goes to B0. Finally some brand did a bass that has the full range.
