Why is a brush not good? It is only a few microns of Calcium molecules deposited at one time to teeth, so why isn't brushing it more thoroughly into all tooth crevices as good an application? All teeth are covered well. Why is a thicker coating better? When only a few microns remain in contact to tooth?

Nope . Keep it all night with out rinsing . Follow the instruction on your product.

@@weronikasteinbach1052 So if we are supposed to let it on the tooth is it not an issue if we eat it during our sleep ? Can I keep it in/with the tooth tray so it's separated from my tongue and saliva ?
