Allauhu Akbar. I was in so much pain I had a tooth extraction with stitches. I came home still had the affect of anaesthetic but still in severe pain. I was thinking once the anaesthetic wears off the pain will be more unbearable. I took painkillers but the pain was still there. I played this dua trying to repeat it while in a bad concentration state, I must of read it once and Allah swt my witness the pain disappeared within 2 to 3 minutes. Allahu Akbar.
