Hello Sir, how can I clean the transparent power chain installed on my ceramic braces. It's been 2 months since I have started wearing braces. I use to clean ceramic braces very well and maintain hygiene but after power chain installation (2 weeks) rubber has become yellow.

Sir doctor placed cap in lower molar and adjusted upper molar(i felt pain also) now I am feeling sensation in upper molar teeth. What should I do.

Since the upper is already adjusted, all u can try is to use some desensitising paste for a month, apply it over the affected area for 5 min , then brush with the same paste, repeat twice a day, u will see result in 10-12 days hopefully.

Sir, mere teeth p black line hai, Doctor ne bola ki filling krenge or deep hojayegi , just hygiene maintain rkho ye further badhegi nhi...but sir cavity to progressive hoti h, so shall i consult other doctor?
