Can it do tapered tumblers, wide at the top and skinny at the bottom.

Hi Monica, why does a convection oven requires up to 400 degrees and 4-6 minutes but your machine only needs a few seconds? Does your printer allows bleeding of ink or such problem doesn't exist with your product?

The design of our machine is different from that of the oven. The machine can heat up quickly and the printing pattern can be done in a short time

preheat the mug bottom around 10-20 seconds without paper sticked. just preheat the mug.

What temperature time do you use? We use 356 F and 45 S for stainless steel tumbler
