"You can buy right now" > goes to the site > has actually a waitlist (aibo), was taken out of market for multiple reasons (jibo), cant buy if you dont know japanese - or thats what I am guessing, maybe even knowing you cant (pepper), "the store is closed" (buddy), was not even launched yet (big-i). The automower, anki cozmo, hexa, bit and lego mindstorms are the only ones avaliable, but I dont even have lawn and the other 4 are too toyish for me.

Ya know i had an incident about a year ago. I was having issues with my puppy eating dead leaves. I had a convo about it with someone, wondering if it was unhealthy. When i went to google it, i got as far as "is it ok for my puppy" and the auto search finished it with "to eat leaves". Makes me wonder if my phone was listening to me. So robots are cool and all, but my concern is everything having a camera. Especially stuff that has a monthly subscription, meaning its gonna be linked to a server all the time. I wont even put a robot miced robot in my house, after the google incident, let alone one that can see too.
