Death Stroke is one of those villains who deserves a big budget solo movie or at least a live action TV series as long as they don't water down the violence this character is brutal and lethal and Comic book fans love even the strictly Marvel fans can't ignore him

I remember a Teen Titans comic saying the order of assassins to hire for quality goes Deathstroke, then Deadshot, then Merlyn, and then Wade Defarge (Ravager)

Since Aaron described Jason Todd’s Red Hood the punisher of the bat-family, it would be a crime not to mention that Jason and Frank Castle were both co-created by the same comics writer Gerry Conway. Now that is one hell of a coincidence😂

I always saw Deadshot and Deathstroke as interchangeable depending on their needed situation. If you’re a crime lord and you want to send a message to a rival, you hire Deadshot. If you want to wipe your Rival out entirely, you hire Deathstroke.

I used to think that too, then came Villains United, where it came out Deadshot killed Catman's pride of lions, when he disguised himself as Deathstroke. Catman knew the truth by the smell, then when Deathstroke lead the SSOV into attacking the Secret Six Deadshot and Slade had a showdown saying "I owe someone, and I kill you I sort of make it up to him." They drew down and they hit one another, was a complete draw. The one who was part of the Six that should have part of this list was Cheshire.

If you were taking someone out that no one could get within a thousand yards close to Deadshot or BloodSport gets the call. If you wanted a covert takeout but are also ok with any means necessary DeathStroke not about to play any games.

a bit surprising talia didn't make the list when we consider she took after her fathers role in training many assassins including having trained jason todd when he came back from the dead. talia might be on the same level as her father but she is quite a formidable assassin in her own right

If Jason's number 10...then Talia wouldn't have made the list...he is stronger than her and she hasn't performed many feats...Jason was also trained by Shiva so he is allowed on the list

Cassandra Cain(Best hand to hand fighter in the bat family) 6. Bronze Tiger(Most skilled martial artist) 7. Bane(Brutal ruler of Santa Prisca) 8. Deadshot (The man who doesn’t miss) 9.Cheshire (Caustic cat combatant) 10. Black Spider (DC’s corrupted, and twisted wall crawler)

Also, The Black Racer should be on here, he's basically Darkseid top hitman, a Dark version of marvel's Silver Surfer. When Darkseid needs someone dead, that's who he sends!

Cole Cash, Grifter should be an honorable mention or something. This guy managed to beat Batman in h2h, defeated Doctor Fate and took on the suicide squad / The Mask. His comics are an interesting read by far.

imagine if deathstroke had the strength of 100 strong men, the speed of a shooting star which travels at 120,000 mph, the immortality, invulnerability, super regeneration of lobo, his senses increased by 1000 and has unlimited stamina and energy. He could not be stopped at all with these stats that i have listed out for him

Bloodsport should have been on this list at maybe 4 for having completely interdimensional weapons an aim rivaling Deadshot and being able to fight Supes on occasion with no superpowers.

*The New DCU* should honestly have their own little “John Wick” franchise with just the DC assassins and mercenaries alone.. The Green Lantern lore - alone - is filled with enough lore for a universe.. as is the criminal underworld of DC.

With all honesty...he is way to underrated...all the love goes to bruce, dick and Damian...the rest are hidden gems...red hood doesn't get the recognition he deserves

The whole Bronze Tiger section I was waiting for you to mention the fact that he is a humanoid cat, a Khajiit, but no he's just a dude to you and I love you for that. Other characters like Killer Croc and Cheetah have the desire for that exact treatment written into their characters and they would probably love you for that too. Edit. Yes I know he can go back and forth like an Animorph but still.

Grade A list by you guys at variant but I would rearrange 2-5. Lady Shiva 2, lobo 3, Deadshot 4, Ras Al ghul 5. I'm digging the respect being paid to Red Hood. We finally get to see the damage all that training and gadgets under Batman could inflict if left unchecked onto the world. I would be surprised if Deathstroke wasn't #1. Death is in his bleeping name. LoL.

Look, adoration for Deathstroke. But Lobo is near immortal. And arguably, more consistent feats. Granted, Lobo is far more unconventional and makes far more noise unless specified. But Lobo also has far more variety of weapons, strategies, strength, endurance and arguably more creative.

Red Tool/ Wayde Wilkins is a satire off Deadpool/Wade Wilson who both are satired off Deathstroke the Terminator alias Slade Wilson. Grifter/ Cole Cash was also inspired by looks off Deadpool.

I've been going back and forth with my brother on who should be the villains in The Batman sequel (our hopes) and as they were going super real I was thinking have Penguin bring in Deathstroke to get rid of Robbat-Battison as he trys to take Falcone's place.
