One Boo I feel was completely left out of this list was the Balloon Boo from New Super Mario Bros. DS. Those (either big or) little fellas gave me a heart attack the first time I ever saw them... And since I didn't know their real name, I called them either "Boo-loon" or "Inflataboo"...

I love these boos. I played him sometimes on Mario Party 8. 5: This female Boo is so cute. 1: Yeah, I am not surprised that this Boo is at the top. Hmm... I wonder how he will do and maybe looks like in the brandnew Luigi's Mansion 3 coming in 2019. But for now, let's enjoy the Remake of the first Game.

Man you know what’s worse than a wall blocking the stairs in the hotels. When you wake up in the middle of the night due to people listening to the Fortnite default dance song on full volume. It’s also pretty scary, when I heard it I was not able to sleep for weeks.

I don't think Broozers are actually Boos, since they can't fly or move through solid objects. Also, where is the location shown in the clip at 6:13? I don't recall ever seeing it in Paper Mario.

Dark Boos did make another appearance, though it isn't a 3D Mario game, it's MALSS+BM, in that game, during the Bowser's Minions Mode, you can use Bomb Boos as allies and their special ability is to run into the enimies and Explode!

I haven't seen the powerups video but it seems they are being judged on different things. nico might think being boo mario as a powerup isn't as great, but he fact that you are a boo with a mario mustache is good enough to be one of the best boos. lol
