SUMMARIES:
- The invention of Ice Breakers was made to compete in the increasing fervor with all things minty and fresh that were dominating the market in the 90s.
- Ring Pops are still a candy that many buy and love to this day.
- Topps brand really does have an obsession with lollipops. In addition to creating the Ring Pop, the company also created it’s equally-awkward-to-eat Push Pop.
- Life Savers Holes were supposed to be the holes that were taken out of the middle of the Life Savers.
- Ouch! Gum came complete with 3 different types of band-aids in one package.
- The Sweetarts brand also makes Pixie Stix which are basically Sweetarts in powdered form delivered to the mouth via plastic tube.
- 7up Soda-Licious was a favorite fruit snack for many in the 90s.

- It seems like recently, Gummy Blue Sharks have regained their popularity and are experiencing a resurgence in excitement.
- Airheads are manufactured by a Dutch-Italian company but are only sold nationwide in America.

Sweetart Ropes in the strawberry flavor are my favorite non-chocolate candy right now. Sooo good! I was quite confused by a gummy Sweetart product, but they're awesome. The Airhead bites are really good too though!

I remember going to the doctor and if I was good I would get Candy blocks. Those where the good times. I also like to go to candy shops and getting those shark gummy’s, I miss that also.

This video made me think of these candies we used to buy. They were shaped like the tops on glass soda bottles and had flavors like root beer, cola, grape, etc. I think they were called bottle caps.....ahhh, sweet memories......

Hi, Babble Top! Excellently made video, but didn't bring back many memories. I love Skittles to this day! I remember trying Pixy Stix once or twice and thought it was too complicated for its value. I did bring back a few boxes of SweetTarts when I visited USA last year, but that's because I couldn't find "Smarties" at the store where I was taken. It was called "Wal-Mart" and I had heard of these places for years, but couldn't find Smarties in my first and last visit. (I got some tropical fruit flavored Tic Tacs, though). Keep up the great videos. Love this channel!

In Canada, Smarties are an entirely different candy. They’re not those chalky pill-shaped treats that are similar to Rockets. Instead, they’re candy coated chocolate treats that are more like M&Ms
