Alton Towers is great, especially with Cbeebies land, it works for both older and younger children. We have recently been to Shrek's adventure and the WB Harry Potter studio tour, both of which we highly recommend.

My top 10 days out are West Midlands Safari park is a Safari park that is owned by the Looping Group and its got themed areas like dinosaurs and the Ice Age and it also has a great theme park featuring one of the best drop towers in the UK known as Venom and its got 3 Roller coasters and 2 water rides and stuff for the kids to live as well along with the spooky Dr Umboto Catacombs which is a ghost train dark ride that is about Dr Umboto and his supernatural experiments Thorpe park is for thrill seekers who are looking for a place to go to with rides like Black Mirror now then I am going to start with the smaller rides like Storm in a Teacup and Timber Tug Boat which doesn't belong at a theme park but Lumber Jump is a good ride and for the kids and the Rocky Express is decent but it's old along with that there is Angry Birds Land With Detonator the Dodgems and the Angry Birds Cinema which I don't want in my theme park along with that there are water rides like Depth charge and Rumba Rapids and Storm Surge and then finally Tidal wave which as you can imagine is hilarious and funny and along with that there is the Banana ride and the spooky Derren brown Ghost Train and for the thrill rides we have Vortex Rush Samurai Zodiac and Quantum alongside the Roller coasters Like Flying Fish Walking dead Stealth The Swarm Saw the ride Colossus and Nemesis Inferno Blackpool Pleasure beach is one of the most popular places in the UK and there are a number of Roller coasters like Icon and the Big one and some incredible rides in Nickelodeon Land and even the dark rides like Wallace and Gromit and the Ghost train Legoland Windsor is home to a lot of rides and attractions like Flight of the Skyline the park is split into 12 lands with so many good rides Folly Farm is very underrated and it is in Wales not England this has loads of animals and there may not be any rides but there is a Vintage Fairground that has so many different rides like the Jets Walter Ghost Train and a Speedway Flamingo Land is a very good theme park in Yorkshire and last year they introduced SIK and that is very Cool Paultons Park is the best Family Theme Park in the UK but it has Storm Chasers which is a spinning Roller coaster by Mak Alton towers is the largest theme park in the UK with awesome rides like the best Roller coasters in the UK like the Smiler Wickerman and Oblivion and Nemesis and Galactica and the World of David Walliams and Gangster Granny and the Curse of the Alton Manor Chessington is a great park with rides like Dragons Fury and Croc Drop and River Rafts which has very poor throughput and the park has kept Tiger Rocks where other parks have closed their log flumes and the park is also home to the world of Jumanji and I think that it is Cool Drayton Manor is the best day out in the UK and it was My CHILDHOOD! THE Park is home to many rides like Shockwave the only stand up Roller coaster in the UK and Stormforce 10 Accelerator and the Haunting and Vikings and of course Thomas Land with the Troublesome Truck's and Diesels Locomotive Mayhem along with a zoo with lots of animals! This is my top 10 if you disagree with it then that is okay

For me Alton Towers will always be my choice. Haven't been since 2007 so want to get back for a few days.
