Merrell MOAB and any Solomon boot are my go to.

Lowa Zephyr hi tf are light and comfortable. Good waterproof qualities also. I'm in the military and on my second pair. The fit and feel is amazing and so light, but I after a year and a half of wear everyday they need replacing. The insoles last about 10 months.

I own the 511-ATAC, and a pair of Oakley boots.......the 511s they are comfortable but scratch up easily..... contrary to this video the okley boots have a virtually indestructible shell but leave something to be desired in the comfort department...... Both pairs of shoes are upwards of $150...... Six months ago purchased a pair of Nortiv boots at half the price ...so far no scratches and still more comfy than my 511s were brand new.....

8 days a week the Hoka Kaha 2 GTX is the best tactical shoe out there or the Hoka Tor Ultra if you prefer a bit heavier. I've used it for 2-3 years now both in the military and as a prison officer, and most People I know in law enforcment or the military, choose to upgrade to one of thoose instead of the standard equipment. Both are about 350 USD but 100٪ worth it 😁

Most of the boots listed are garbage in my opinion anyways. For years i wore Original Swats which held up to a lot of abuse. As of the last few years seem to be harder to find locally. Since i was going to have to order boots anyways, i switched up to Jim Green AR8's. The Jim Green's are amazing boots from an outstanding company.
