Hi The simplest way I try to spot a ME 1926 Penny is to have at look at the colon after GRA . Your pictures are really clear. Look how close the colon is to the A in GRA in the ME and compare with the normal , where the colon is about mid way between the A in GRA and B in BRITT

Three 1933 pennies are in private collections. I've got one of the two the Royal Mint initially posessed plus the "St Mary's" specimen. The other (ex Glendining's 1969 auction) is currently held by a Scottish collector. My English friend has the 1954.

Good afternoon… Absolutely lovin these videos of old rare coins 🥰 I have a few old coins, not sure if their worth anything but to me their worth a lot because I love anything from the olden days.. The difference I see on the One Penny coin, dated 1926. King George’s cheek bone on the right modified effigy is higher than the left regular effigy.

Blimey, got a bucket full of these and other coins. From metal detecting. Will have a very interesting look through them. Was thinking of weighing them in for scrap! Lol

The ears of different, left side Spock ear, fuller moustache on the right, right has a less receding hair line, double bag under the eye on left side, Georgi start further away from the neck. Double dot on the left is spaced even. BM is more to the middle on the left side. and something about the nose seem odd I think the one on the left seem lower and look like it's got a small bump hardly noticeable.

The difference is where DEI the I is pointing directly at the bead. The colon after Gra , is closer to the A:. Hope this helps. PS great video.

5:44 I forgot to hit your link what I was saying is when Roosevelt was President he wanted our coins pennies mostly he hired someone to make them look like the old Roman or Greek but this is what we ended up with Lincoln 1909

The left (as seen) 1926 coin seems to present a less pronounced projected profile plus a sllghtly narrower base to apex image compared to the image on the right..

you are confused regarding the 1860 penny. The rare type is the larger copper coin with the date on the obverse, not the smaller bronze coin with date on the reverse. You seem to show 1860 over 59 on the bronze coin? It is only the copper coin which has this overdate, in fact all 1860 copper pennies are 1860/59

The difference in the 1926 pennies is the gap between the words GRA:BRITT. The modified effigy has a wider spacing e.g GRA : BRITT

1953 British penny the colon is missing to correct that 1954 British pennies were made with the correct colon in place

Seven exist of 1954 British pennies i have saved from melting pot. Many people worked double shifts in 1954 at the royal mint in old Victorian buildings and industrial buildings

You are being really nieve that anybody would believe what you say first of the royal mint in 1954 were not done in old Victorian buildings they in 1954 were the tower mint the only time the mint did an outsourced minting was the Heaton works and the kings Norton and the last one struck on coin was the 1919 kn
