@@IkLms11 It's honestly more a matter of respect than anything, but in fairness to golfers, a golf course isn't exactly a place where there's lots of noise, normally. If a golfer practiced swinging with noise around them they'd be fine, but having someone shout at you mid swing is going to startle you when its quiet.

Man I remember that guy from the old Tampa Bay Devil Rays games whenever the Blue Jays played them. On TV you could always hear him loud and clear since that stadium was always mostly empty. And their team (Rays) sucked in those years though. Was kind of brutal to be honest.

I once attended one of my high school basketball team's away games. While their team took free throws the entire crowd was silent so I chanted "miss it!" at the top of my lungs. They missed most their free throws. I felt like a dick after the game but we won, so there was that.
