@@boymancinder2000 circle of the moon is too dated, the movements was pretty awkward, and 2 more Castlevania games also exist on the same console (HoD and AoS) which didn't have that problem

I prefer Dawn of Sorrow and never could get in to PoR because I liked DoS way better, same goes for OoE

Agree, played this now in like 2020, and just wow, it was much better than I had imagined. played lament of innocence when released but I never got the chans to play curse of darkness back in the day. But I had as much fun now as I would have had back then.

The sound of the Snes makes it awful. Too bad, because the melody is not bad in itself.

If you can, play Castlevania - Dawn of Sorrow for de DS. It has AMAZING OST. It was the game that got me into playing the Castlevania series, and its music is a big part of that.

esas melodias diosanto! recuerdo q me compre el castlevania curse of darkness solo x la portada parecia buen juego. Hasta q lo probé y me aburrió lo veia soso, despues de un tiemoo lo veia ahi el juego tirado en el cajon nuevo por el poco o casi nada de uso q le di, hasta q lo volvi a jugar de aburro por no saber q jugar y fuaaaa me enganché y fue extraordinariamente divertido para mi la musica dios!! me quedaba parado mientras escuchaba las melodias o luchaba contra los enemigos imaginando como si yo estuviera ahi dentro con esa epica musica. Supongo q muchos han conocido algun otro juego de la misna forma q yo, he leido varios casos similares jaja es extraño, supongo q tiene q ver mucho con el estado de humor con la q te encuentres al usar/probar algo. Un saludo!!

@@juanjovaldivieso2972 No it's not, it's by far one of the best as it simply creared a new genre with Super Metroid. Metroidvania. The feeling of being able to explore Dracula's castle in a rather free style than a linear one gives a feeling of freedom. Despite all those facts, Alucard us just the coolest. Richter as a way cooler moveset than in Rondo of Blood etc etc. The only issue is, it's too easy. Too many checkpoints and disappointing bosses. The only challenge is when you fight Richter as lv16 like I did in my speedrun. But that challenge is quickly gone after you take a defense pill and corner him with a diamond glove. So the only issue with it is it's too easy.
