Have you ever wondered how in certain companies, people leave within 1 - 2 years and in certain companies people stay for more than 10 - 15 years! What makes them stay or what makes them leave a certain company?
What are some of those companies in India where people typically tend to stay longer than the average. If some of these questions ever bugged you then this video is for you.
Here, I have compared a lot of companies on the basis of work culture, work life balance and employee benefit to narrow down the list to top 10 companies!

Some points missed about Indeed in the video 1. It gives one extra holiday every month usually on a Monday by name of YOU day, which is for recharging yourself. 2. There are free breakfast, lunch and unlimited snacks, cold drinks from pantry. 3. New college grads also go through an Indeed university program for first three months which happens in abroad like Texas, Tokyo or Singapore and a lot of fun activities are conducted throughout those 3 months. Senior engineers also get a chance to go for Indeed university as IU leads. 4. Happy hours are conducted once on Friday every month in amazing pubs. 5. Employees get stock refreshers every year which is fixed for each position and is not performance based. So everyone get it.

@@anilsood6252 Management and some old ICs were already incompetent, but budget pressure made it more visible. Also new manager hired from toxic workplaces spoiled the trust culture. All reliable managers, execs, ICs already left.
