IMHO, d most beautiful condo in MK is Lumina. But it’s a very under d radar condo. Not many ppl heard about it.

I think you need to do a better study...best does not most transacted...come qty vs vp...surely will he high U missed mk11..mk10...tiffani ...kiaraville...and so many more better condos....

Thx for you comment Tommy. Thats why the title is *Most People Buy* and not *Best Condo*. I've been in MK10, MK11, Tiffani and Kiaraville, there are all great condos, and loved by alot of my clients who stayed there 👍 Just not the most transacted one...
