It's October, which means spooky season is in the air! But there are some cities and towns which are CREEPY year round! And they aren't all secluded towns in the middle of nowhere! In fact, some of the creepiest places in the USA with dark or scary pasts are abandoned haunted houses in the cities YOU live in! Plus, with lots of people wanting to move to and live in small towns, I thought it'd be interesting to see which is the worst town in the United States of America, with the most mysterious or unsettling happenings!

This video was spot on naming New Orleans as number 1 ghost city. New Orleans is one of the most haunted cities in the world and is probably the second most haunted in the world after Paris France.

I was just in Baltimore this past July, and downtown is actually very nice but the city DOES feel quiet. Probably because everyone in the city just keeps to themselves or in their small groups

I’ve lived in Galveston Island ( 50 miles from downtown Houston) briefly. That city always get hit by storms including hurricanes. And why not Jefferson, Texas? It’s haunted and haunted tour center there. Haunted train stories. Including 1852 Hotel which is haunted. Visitors are Presidents, politicians, LBJ, and Lady Bird. Oscar Wilde, Steven Spielberg, and more. That city so beautiful and a perfect place to make movies.

Hi From Here to There! I used to watch your videos with Zombie on your Mango Tango channel where you would go to other dimensions through portals in Minecraft, it made my childhood alot and I've been really curious and had three questions to ask, you don't need to answer them if you feel uncomfortable with them! 1. For St. Augustine, it's Huguenot Cemetery that puts it on the list for me. Love the oldest city in the States. Can always tell locals from tourists based on that alone. Been to 5 on here...lived in 3. But St. Augustine is my tops! 😊

I’ve been to Galveston in 2014 for a cruise. I don’t remember going because I was really young but apparently I have been there.

As a little extra for Chicago there was a gigantic hotel fire that had some similar to the 1903 disaster such as people jumping off in 1993

Not only Baltimore, but if you ever went further south down to Ellicott City, the B&O station by the Chessie Seaboard's Old Main Line subdivision is supposedly haunted by Union soldiers, the original courthouse by one of the first clerks of it, and on top of the hill, an old girl's school in ruins, that was said to have had many of them tortured and abused to death. Plus, we also had the Goatman there, who originally came from the research place in Beltsville.

Was shocked to hear that my home of Chicago was on this list, but I get it. Whenever I visit the city at night there's a certain "vibe" to it that feels uncertain. I usually go with friends, but if I ever had to walk the streets at night, my paranoia would be at its peak.

I used to live in New Orleans, in a house adjacent to the St Louis cemetery. I have also lived in Savannah, Chicago, and visited several other of these "creepy" cities. None of them were "creepy" to me. When I lived in New Orleans people used to ask if it was creepy to live next to a cemetery. I replied that I had the quietest neighbors of anywhere I had lived.

I’m from baltimore..27 years old and lived in east baltimore and west for about half my life..Baltimore doesn’t just look creepy..but there was a lady riding around with her dead niece and nephews in her trunk…I’m actually looking to relocate within the next 6 months

I've been in both Charleston and San Francisco. Each has a definite "Vibe" to it. I've stayed at the Car mansion in Charleston back in the early 80's, right on the battery, across from White Point Garden. That place was definitely, but not unpleasantly, "Occupied", as is much of the city. As to San Francisco, the whole area is an entity unto itself. If you open yourself to it, you will sense it. That entity will either accept you with gentle welcome and let you experience all that it is, ignore you and let you pass through, or reject you vigorously and make you eager to leave. I was in the bay area for much of the period from 1976 to 1989, and was welcomed completely, and felt at-home from my first moments walking about the city. I had friends who couldn't stand to be in San Francisco, who started feeling physically ill when they entered the city.

People paint porch roofs blue to discourage wasps from nest building. The wasps/hornets perceive the blue as open sky and unsuitable for the desired protected nest location.
