I miss the jolly rancher STICKS. They made a pink lemonade one. They were only 15 cents at the local gas station. And I'm not talking about the modern ones in the colorful wrappers. I'm talking about the ones in the clear wrappers with the gold writing

When I was in Basic Training for the ARMY we weren't allowed sweets. If someone managed to sneak in sweets there was money to be made. 1 stick of Twixs went for $5 bucks

1:10 how is the packaging misleading? It says PB Max and it has a lot of peanut butter in it. Packaging is dead on balls accurate. If anything had misleading packaging it's the Ghostbusters Gum, it looks like toothpaste. 0:50 What was the disguise? What's the difference between a snack bar and candy bar? How was there a "con"?

I miss Nestle Nuclear bars that were sold in 1998 as a tie in with the movie Armageddon. It was a half size chocolate bar, about the size of the trading card that was included. It was chocolate with the powder used in Pop Rocks mixed into the chocolate, making it tingle as you ate it.

I miss Sweettarts Giant tarts, the original 3 pack from the mid to late 80's. They were not chewy, but hard and were about 2 inches in diameter and came in red yellow and purple. Sucking on one for a few minutes was really rough on your tongue too.

I miss Fruit Bars... They were Fruit Roll-ups in a small bar form...and back then (80s), the fruit roll-ups had nearly all actual fruit AND sometimes the seeds in them... Those bars...they weren't long for the world. Ungh, that concentration of sticky fruit..... :( You'd never open your mouth again!

JazzE I remember the seeds in the old Fruit Roll Ups, especially the strawberry ones. Wow, I didn't realize just how artificial and processed the current Fruit Roll Ups are till you reminded me how they used to be! I guess back in the day they were more like actual fruit leather.

I truly LOVED Bar None and the Reggie Jackson bar. It would be a great marketing idea for candy companies to sell vintage candy seasonally. That way the want would increase because of the wait and would bolter generational growth to new consumers. Like girl scout cookies.
