I was hoping for a comparison in the last one, hard to tell if there's any change to SCS grass.

There is definitely a huge difference in the amount of grass "blades" and how realistic it looks. It also looks like theres more variation to the grass, like colour, height and density. Also I believe the trees are different and new too!

10 steam profiles are listed in my ets2 folder although i only have 2 saved games. Does anyone know why this is?

You have to activate them in the mod manager before logging into your profile!

That is because ETS 2 released version 1.45 on steam just yesterday and most of these mods are not updated to be compatible with the newer version. Wait for a bit longer until the mods are updated.
