Bolt and Tobogo is the only 100m-200m sprinters in the list the other are 400m sprinters on the list.

Bolt have done 30,97 under the rain in the gold while debogo have done the wr on high altitude w a warm climate… pretty sure bolt would have done 30,5 in those conditions
