Well, he wanted a defender and they didnt like his choices and therefore didnt back him. If they prolong the contract they should show him more trust than that. And considering Baily was a flop, the need for a new defender was obvious.

Idk why but the personalities of Cristiano and Mourinho are pretty similar (not the same but very similar) both know they are champions. Both are very confident about it.
