I'm back at the grocery store to show you my favorite and healthiest gluten free foods on the market. Even though we have amazing gluten free selections now, it does not means that it's good for you. Instead of starchy fillers, look for foods with whole grains and beans, and try to avoid too many preservatives and additives. Right now is a great time to be gluten free, the grocery stores are full of exciting foods that taste great and don;t make you feel like you have to sacrifice just because you are not eating gluten. Mad love Bobby...Dessi...and Art! XOXO

I was just diagnosed with celiac’s and it’s kind of depressing. But I watched your videos and I feel a little better that I’m going to be able to do this and not starve. Thanks for your work here! Greatly appreciated!

Canyon Bakehouse - each of their products have a slightly different ingredient list. The "shelf stable" breads all use canola oil, whereas the three main "freezer" breads use olive oil. The bagels don't use olive oil either. Read each product's label because they change it up a lot depending on the product.

Once I found out i had celiacs, i just stopped eating bread period; it’s just too expensive. If I occasionally want bread, i can make a loaf from Bobs 1:1 mix for a fraction of the cost and it’s homemade fresh!

Are you Serbian? Love the country! Do you think buying a bread machine is worth it for people like us that can't have wheat and making your own? Or do you make it by hand? If you are from Serbia, you probably knead your own bread?

Organic einkorn is a healther option. I personally wouldn't buy any flour that isn't organic. It doesn't have to be a gmo plant to be used glysophate on. Round up desiccation is used on regular crops like potatoes and rice, which are in the product you mentioned. But this is just one herbicide among many that will be used.

Since 1 in 7 Americans have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), I'd like to see you do a review of low FODMAP food items, which are just now beginning to show up in grocery stores. That acronym stands for "fermentable oligo-, di-, mono-saccharides and polyols," developed by Monash University in Australia.

My 5 year old son is on a special diet for his special needs. We have been following the Feingold diet for a year now and have seen huge improvements once we eliminated all the garbage. Alot of your Bobby Approved products are also Feingold approved. But your list is way better in my opinion. You are helping me clean up his diet even more! Thank you so much. You are 100% correct... it's not easy. It took me months to find things that didnt have artificial colors, dyed, or preservatives and things that he didnt react to. And even if the FOOD doesn't contain bad ingredients, sometimes the package does and you cant see that on a label 😪. I would love to know all of your favorite GF items from Trader Joe's. I know they keep giving you a hard time, but they really do have some great items for a really good price. Thanks for all your hard work! This momma appreciates you!!

I just completed my first Whole Foods Bobby approved grocery list! 😂 it was my first time ever going to a Whole Foods store and the experience was pretty cool they aren’t really friendly people there. But I guess when you’re a muscled black man people tend to get worried 😟 but on another note there was some insane foods there and I saw a recommendation on the kettle chips and omg those things are the best chips I’ve ever ate in my life! And the organic turkey breast are very delicious! I’ll be shopping here from now on so I do thank you for doing what you’re doing for the people Bobby! Keep it up I just found your channel about a few weeks ago and I can say I have been pleased! Also the Waldo code is excellent 😂😂😂 they need more people going out into the word doing their part for others! Keep on keeping on!

Thank you so much for these videos! You have helped me so much! After watching your videos I know what to look for to purge my pantry. I have purged 3 grocery bags of stuff already. Have you done a review of tortillas? How about a review of the international aisle ( sauces, spices, nuts, etc) For example, my hubby is Lebanese. A staple in our house is Labneh (super strained, thick tangy yogurt). Delish on any toasted bread. I like to dollop it in scrambled eggs.

Hey there, can you do a video on different types of sugars to purchase? Not added sugars. Love the gluten free video. Thanks.

Love this video! I live In Roanoke, Va and there’s no Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s. Is it possible to do a similar video with gf products at Kroger, Fresh Market, or EarthFare?

Hi Bobby, the Canyon Bakehouse bread is my fave too. I noticed at our shop rite in NJ, if it’s in the freezer section it’s made with olive oil and if it’s on the shelf it’s made with canola oil.

My favorite is the Whole Foods GF 365 white bread, and the canyon bake house Hawaiian bread! (Which is new and pretty good). Oh and there bagels and English muffins are literally the best Gf options on the market. And I’ve tried many. Definitely don’t try the glutino English muffins. They are pretty gross in my opinion. And I seriously don’t know why there so yellow 😂
