Even if I'm a non TMNT fan, I have always love growing up with The Teennage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise since I was a kid. And this movie was awesome. Can't wait to see The Shredder in the sequel.

1991: Ninja Rap in TMNT 2: Secret of the Ooze, 32 years later: In the fight scene where the Turtles fought against the criminals who stole April's bike, That's my favorite

I used to work somewhere as a dishwasher and used to sing Go Big d Go Big d go and eventually a few years went by and someone said isn't that a modified version of the Ninja turtle rap I said it's about time somebody got the message😂

Having watched Mutant Mayhem and thoroughly enjoying it, finding out the voice actors for Cynthia Utrom and Superfly's crew after the fact just makes it better. I knew Ice Cube was Superfly, but seeing the other actors' names in the credits made me smile even more.

My brother and I saw the original as kids in theaters when it came out. When we left we were literally looking down the sewers on a rainy night to maybe see them! Then went together to see it again for the special 30 year anniversary re-release in 2020. It was a nostalgia overdose in the best way... We still do the pork rind joke to this day randomly 🍕🐢🐢🐢🐢

Aside from the 2007 TMNT film, I otherwise haven’t seen the other Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles media. Mutant Mayham was fantastic. The animation and the action scenes were great.

The most rare Easter egg is when Splinter starting his first fight with a special force police, it was done by 1 shot, which is reference to any action Jackie Chan movies when he done all his most incredible fight scenes by 1 camera

Shredders appearance at the end, at Utrom’s request, implies that he’s just a hired hand. A mercenary at best.

It is cool to see Mondo Gecko in the film. It seems they are tapping into the "Mighty Mutanimals" franchise. If only they'd bring back Jagwar. He was really amazing!!! One can always hope!!!

The og TMNT from the late 80s and the 2003 TMNT are absolute classic masterpieces way more better than that crappy 2012 TMNT and Rise Of The TMNT are on Nickelodeon

I watched the movie today and i noticed a van (i guess it was a van) with the picture of an orange triceratops on it's side. I bet this was a clear reference to the Triceratons, an alien race from various incarnations of the Turtles, including the original Mirage Comics.

7:48 it's worth noting that the film Neighbours is referred to as Bad Neighbours in the Australian release as Rose Byrne did tell the people working on the movie that she was worried that that would be people in Australia who made mistake the movies title with the Australian soap opera

Something else to point out, during their 80s montage the song "Push it to the limit" plays. This song is well known from the Scarface movie. Also during the montage you see various clips from Shaw Brothers and other Kung Fu movies.

How's this TMNT movie compared to the other TMNT movies and shows? Is it exciting and worth watching?

It’s not as serious as some versions and not as goofy as others. It has a lot of laughs, the animation is great, the action sequences really fun, and the chemistry between the brothers spot on. It was a very fun movie if you love TMNT and enjoy most of if not all versions you’ll enjoy it.
